How do I get Paypal to automatically take customers back to my website after purchase?
There is a field that says "Take customers to this URL when they finish checkout"... I put in the thank you page url that has the download link for the eBook, but 99% of purchasers are calling or emailing me saying they weren't redirected to my site for download. I had a friend go through and make a purchase so that I could see what was happening. Turns out the successful payment page has a tiny link that the purchaser must click in order to get back to the download page. There are two problems with this: #1 no one sees the link #2 even if they do notice the link, it says"Click here to return to [MY BUSINESS NAME], not the website, or 'click here to download your product' How do I get Paypal to automatically send my customers back to me site's download page?
Paypal won't let me buy?
I have a verified PayPal account, debit card attached, address confirmed, with phone number, name, bank account. When i try to check out on a site such as newegg or walmart it takes me to the paypal page and asks me to log in, so I log in and then it says, "At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Newegg.com and try another option." (or Walmart.com). I tried to buy a hard drive for $110 on newegg, same message, tried to buy a 10 dollar mouse on walmart, same message. I used to be able to order stuff, in fact I ordered 70 dollars worth of stuff, then 33 dollars worth of stuff from newegg a couple days ago. Nothings wrong with my paypal account, i can still send money, but I can't checkout.
