Pending Netflix Payment

What happens if you don't pay your Netflix bill?

When Netflix tries to charge your method of payment, and it fails, they will suspend your account. You won't be able to continue to stream, and (if you are in the U.S. and get DVDs) Netflix will stop shipping DVDs to you. Netflix will also send you an email letting you know that something is up with your account. If the account goes unpaid for a month, your account will be closed. If you have a DVD account and have any discs at home, you will need to return them within a time period or Netflix will attempt to charge you for those discs.Once your account is closed, Netflix will not continue to try to charge you. You can reopen your account at any time, and all you will have to pay is the normal monthly subscription rate for the upcoming month. You will not be charged for the time during which your account was suspended. The only exception is if you were charged for outstanding DVDs. If you don't pay Netflix, and you get charged for DVDs (and that charge also fails), and you attempt to re-open your account, Netflix will immediately attempt to charge you for the DVDs again. If that charge fails, your account will be re-suspended until you pay for the DVDs, or you return them.

Is Netflix allowed to do this?

I signed up for the 30 day trail, but ended up not evening using it once. I signed up for it in January, and went to the bank today to find my account was completely empty, even my savings account, they took out all the money. The had sent me an email in
May saying they were having issues with my account and that I needed to fix it, but I never checked my email, and I assumed they would just cancel the account. They ended up canceling my account in June, but is there some way that I can get my money back?

Unemployment accepted but no pay?

I quit because of bad work conditions and got unemployment, so yes, it is possible to do. But I think you have a major problem. You are giving conflicting reasons. You told your employer you were quitting to take care of your mom. This is why there is a "separation issue." I'm not sure how that will end up being resolved. At this time, you have not been approved for anything. All those numbers are just how much you will get, IF you are approved. But keep making your payment requests, because if you are approved, it will be retroactive.

Does Netflix keep your old account info if you cancel your subscription?

I have canceled my account and signed up again months later and all my data has been saved. So I would say yes. All my favorites were still there and all my preferences were still there. The best thing you can do is check out Netflix for yourself. There really is no risk invovled. I would like to point out though even with free trials. (http://moneyning.com/coupons/net...)  You may see a charge if you use a debit card but this is not really a charge. What happens is Netflix is putting a hold on the card. However, banks take the hold out immediately and with debit cards this appears as a charge for the full amount. If you do cancel within the first 30 days, the hold is removed and the money goes back in the account. If you do not cancel, then this acts as your first payment. This type of hold happens all the time. It happens every time you use your debit card to buy gas. It places a hold of $1 to buy gas, then refunds it immediately when you are done.

How do I stop Netflix from charging money from credit card without OTP?

But it asks for your card details in advance. You are required to cancel your request at or before the expiry of 1 month if you do not wish to be charged. Can you cancel a Netflix account after the free trial? How?

Can you cancel a Netflix account after the free trial is over?Yes, but you're thinking about this wrong if you're thinking what I think you're thinking.Netflix will charge you in advance of your subscription.Somewhere in the fine print which I am too lazy to look up for you, you have agreed to this when the trial began. This means that the minute your free trial comes to an end, the paid subscription begins. They do this to provide you seamless, uninterrupted service. As such, you will be charged upon the commencement of your paid subscription. Thus, if you cancel Netflix "AFTER" the free trial, you're already too late, as the irreversable charge would already have taken place. If you want to cancel your Netflix account and not get charged, it is critical that you cancel it "BEFORE" the free trial ends, not "AFTER."There is a big difference in the timing, if you want to create a desired effect.I hope this helps avoid some disappointment and unwanted charges.
