Are Eastern Europeans going to leave the UK because of Brexit?

Yes! At least all the honest ones that lived and worked here and paid taxes to the UK government. That includes doctors, nurses, scientists working on cancer research, the builders and motor mechanics who stuck to a price and didn’t rip you off. What the UK will be left with are the Eastern Europeans who are criminals, who have great wealth and now own some of the best parts of London. The UK welcomed their extreme wealth as the UK establishment will turn a blind eye to how that wealth was created. The UK has the same view as British Tommy’s had during WWII when liberating Holland and looting…if I don’t take it, someone else will. This characteristic is deeply rooted in our society.Intolerance, greed, and selfishness (IGS) will be the new UK. What decent country will want to trade with that? MP’s are shouting ‘India’! But isn’t half of the internet fraud we are plagued with coming from there? Have you had someone supposedly from Microsoft tell you that you have had a security breach on your computer? Try reporting this to the police when you realise you have been defrauded of your pension.England was originally an Anglo-Saxon word meaning narrow land. I actually now believe it stands for narrow-minded people. If anyone feels insulted by my remarks, please don’t take it personally just do what you do and blame someone else for it.Also, very sadly, some of the very best and natural carers of our elderly from Malasia and the Philippines have been taken out of the care industry as these jobs are better filled by UK civilians that couldn’t give a damn about your grandmother and grandfather. Asians have a natural respect for the elderly and we just don’t get it.

As a foreign national working in UK, can I claim my National Insurance back when leaving the country?

tl;dr - no, it's a tax, and you have to pay it as long as you're working in the UK.Theoretically, you might end up entitled to a pension, assuming no government changes the rules between now and your pension age. I don't know anyone who works in finance who believes that the rules won't change over the next 5 years, let alone over the coming decades. In addition to the EU, though, there are a list of countries with "bilateral social security agreements" with the UK. You may be able to persuade the UK tax office to credit the tax office for you in one of those countries... but not you directly. The countries involved are as follow. You say in the question details that you are from an "Asian country" - I've put them in bold :-)Barbados, Bermuda, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Guernsey, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jersey, the former Yugoslav republic of Macedonia, Mauritius, Montenegro, New Zealand, Philippines, Republic of Korea, Serbia, Turkey, USA.

Why do people-mainly Europeans keep saying America should ban guns?

Ive noticed that quite a bit while on here this evening. Many people-many of which are from Europe throwing insults and jabs out about Americans being stupid for not wanting to ban guns.

First, how many of you Europeans understand anything at all about American gun laws? Obviously few do. Guns are not legal in every place in the USA. In fact, guns are illegal in many of our major cities such as Chicago, New York and Washington DC. On top of that, those cities where guns are banned are the same cities with the worst gun problems, the most shootings and highest crime rates.
Now how do you explain that?

How many years does the average soldier stay in the Army?

You can enlist at age 17 with parent permission, otherwise you need to be 18 years old.

You can first enlist for 2-6 years. This all depends on what MOS you are signing up for because certain MOS's you need to enlist for a longer amount of time.

You must give the military 8 years no matter how many years your first enlistment is for. You can do this all active, or a combination of IRR, Active, Reserves, or National Guard.

It all depends on that person who enlist on how many years they give. I really can't give you a definite answer on how many years the average soldier stays in. Each month there are retirement services where soldiers are retiring after 20 years (number of years you need to do to retire in the USA Military) and up. The last retirement ceremony I went to a few months ago, someone was retiring with 32 years of active duty service.

And some get out after their first enlistment.

Really hard to answer this question in regards to the average soldier. My husband is a soldier and he will be retiring, I have a friend whose husband just got out and he only did 3 years.
