Am I screwed? The guy I really like found out my age! HELP is needed, like, really bad!?

I work with a guy who is 18 (I'm 28) who is very nice, shy and a little bit of a bad boy. Before this, he has given me clear signals that he likes me (always trying to be near me, cutting in front of my friend to stand close to me, going out of his way to say hi, staring at me, flirting with me, trying to play fight me). He found out that I am ten years older than him because I went through his line to purchase alcohol. He looked at my id extra long and commented, "you're ten years older than me". Though, I believe he knew this already. I know some of you are going to gasp and want to say "leave him alone, you pedo", but where I live, the age of consent is 18 and I have always believed that age does not really matter. Heck, there are 60 year old guys that chase 20-somethings women, so I don't see anything wrong with a 28 year old woman who is attracted to an 18 year old guy. I also am a "young" 28. I like watching Family Guy, tosh.o, partying, getting into mischief and having fun with life. I do not want to get married or have children. So, there is very little difference in where we are developmentally. That is not an issue here, just to let y'alls know. And my sex drive can rival an 18 year old male's any day of any week. I feel as if I screwed things up between us. Did I? If he's shown me he likes me before, does my age really matter? Should I avoid initiating contact with him and see if he comes to me? What, dear Y!A crew, should I do? Please help me!!! Thank you!
Am I screwed as a 5 foot 6 male?
I'm somewhere between 5'5 and 5'6 but I just say 5'6 cuz thats what it sais when I wake up in the morning but I am a decent looking guy who recently lost weight and now people have told me i'm moderatley good looking. But then I read these sites and I see women destroying shorter guys with good looking faces and calling them "wastes". Kinda stings tbh

I was texting my ex gf the other day to try to get back with her even though she's dating someone else and while I was insisting she said "no, honestly yo screwed me over big time" I did break up with her for no reason and kinda used her though but I want to know what that means
Why do people seem to dislike people who are quiet/introverted/awkward? Especially in the workplace?
These three personality traits don't necessarily go together.Quiet: a person that don't lose his composure and make other people relaxing feelings.Introvert: a person who recover energies by staying alone. Introverts mostly like other people but need some alone time to recover the energies drained by staying with others.Awkward: a person who doesn't understand very well social signals and acts in ways that make other people feeling uncomfortable.Whether an introvert is often quiet, a quiet person is not necessarily an introvert. An awkward person can be every combination possible of introvert, extrovert, quiet or very active. A very active awkward extrovert is even worse than a quiet awkward introvert, I can't possibly imagine anybody who can like that :)Keep in mind that the only negative trait of the three is awkward. An awkward person is very difficult to like. He/she can have a very good heart and can be very intelligent but who has to deal with him/her has to stand all the awkwardness and weirdness in body language and way to speak. It can be really energy draining. That doesn't mean that the awkward person is screwed for life. First of all you need to have a clear feedback to understand what are the traits that set you apart from the others and from there you can start to work (I used you in general, not directly to the OP). There is excellent literature that can help to become very likeable people. It doesn't mean changing your values and your personality, just improve your communication skills.A quiet introvert person on the other hand can be incredibly charming and likeable, both in the working and social relationship and love.
