Should children under the age of 12 wear perfume?
I certainly believe so/have no issue with it if they show curiosity or interest…..and in fact I recently purchased a variety of fragrances for my 11 year old nieces birthday to (I actually thought she was going to be 12,shame on me) kickstart her frag collection and whilst I was at it i purchased 1 each for my 3 stepchildren age range of 10,13,15…2 boys,the eldest being a girl….from my previous marriage,I like to be fair and square…Its down to my ex wife and sister in law in how responsible they are in teaching them how and when they can use them respectively.I believe im a responsible adult and chose the fragrances wisely and fairly age appropriately….with a little emphasis on ‘fun'…..because thats exactly what fragrances are.For me personally at the age of 10 or 11 (1982/3) I was wearing Paco Robanne and Givenchy Gentlemen 2 very classy fragrances that were certainly ahead of my years,they were given to me by my mums best friend who worked at Harrods (a famous dept store in London)on the perfumery counter and I was truly mesmerized how good they smelt and she let me keep them!!!!,I was raised to be clean,with good hygiene and take care in my appearance. …smelling good is the icing on the cake.Now,what did I choose for my niece?I decided she needed 3 bottles…….her parents are not quite as knowledgeable as me so i bought Moschinos I love I love being a particularly good citrus smell and a fairly good start….then a bottle of Joop summer splash…a tonka bomb and smell that simply is mesmerizing if your a kid….and a smell that will be never forgotten…..and then I took a chance with Versace Red jeans that arguably is a little edgier but the tin it comes in is amazing and cool.Now,for my stepson 10….I bought him Versace blue jeans and Versace Baby blue jeans….2 fun fragrances for him play around with.For my 13 year old stepson….I bought him Calvin kleins In2u.For my 15year old step daughter I went for Calvin kleins Ck one red edition.Its better that your kids grow up smelling of a good fragrance than smelling of weed and rejection.
2 year old daughter sprayed perfume in her eye what to put in it ?
try your best to make her hold still and keep putting put water and spray using a water bottle if have to but you literally want to flush her eyes with water and once youve did that enough times dry it and make sure she looks okay and the perfume smell wont really go away for awhile because water doesnt have a smell but dont suspect its not working because you can still smell the aroma and if thats not much of a help check it out with a docter good look hopefully shes okay
My 15 year old niece says that “everyone” at her highschool vapes. They even do it in the bathrooms during and between classes. What can high schools do to reduce this behavior?
We can lock the bathrooms.We can go back to the “olden days” when students never, ever left the classroom during class, unless on a stretcher. When all human bodies needed relieving only before school, after school, or during passing time and lunch.We can post teachers at bathroom doors to allow only one person at a time inside, with a time limit based on the function(s) to be performed. Of course, the teachers will sniff each student before he/she enters, and again when he/she leaves. Each bathroom visit will be documented, including first and last name of student, reason(s) for the visit, whose room the student came from, time entering and exiting, ”fragrance” when entering and exiting, and student signature. Any student who violates the time limit or doesn’t pass the sniff test will be immediately escorted to the office to be searched.Seriously, diligence by parents—noticing different behavior patterns at home; and school staff—again noticing different behavior patterns. Our school liaison officer posted pictures of the vapes she’s confiscated.Know what they look like and what “flavors” are available. This ain’t our Camels and Kools anymore, with their tell-tale shapes and aromas!
At what age do you let your child wear perfume?
I would say that those fruity spray are ok for preteens (8-9) and up..for a 4 year old I could only imagine them wearing it if they were playing "big girl" or if they asked for it when a parent was getting ready. Though not something that was a "standard" routine. I know sometimes when my husband and my 2 1/2 year old son are getting ready to go somewhere he will give our son a little "squirt" for fun. It's not something happens on a regular occasion though o.O I'm sure it was all done innocently, if the father and mother are on good terms, then maybe have the father talk to her and ask her (the mother) to reinforce that its just for fun. Or send it back with the daughter the next time she goes to her mom's and say it's only for mommy's house.
