Picky With Womens Clothes Shopping Brands Similar To These

Which brand do you prefer while buying clothes and why?

As a guy, my go-to for casual pants and jeans is Levis  ...and my favorite line of pants and jeans are the 511's. I really like wearing trim-fit jeans and pants and the 511 line  ...even though Levis labels them as "skinny" ...doesn't shout  "skinny jeans".  I've got a healthy, athletically trim bod and I can really rock the slim-fits and skinnies; they look sweet. With Levis I know the sizing and it's usually spot on. I'll also go with A&F or Hollister jeans. I'm a button fly guy and as much as I like Levis ...they don't make any 511 or 510 jeans or pants with a button fly (except for their "Commuter" jeans). Both A&F and Hollister offer button fly skinny jeans (and button fly khakis) ...plus they seem to be made well and use a more robust denim than Levis. Their button fly super-skinnies are awesome.Shirts have been mostly American Eagle, A&F and Hollister. Again, I like the quality of the shirts from their button down dress and polos to their henleys and Tees. I also like the fit of the shirts and totally dig the athletic or "muscle" fit tailoring.I might also add I very rarely, if ever, buy any of this stuff new. My favorite place to shop for the clothes I like is eBay. While my tastes are very specific, my wallet is very picky and I've scored some epic purchases ...like pennies on the dollar. There's no way I would spend stupid silly amounts of money on a pair of A&F jeans or a new pair of Levis or anything else. My entire casual wardrobe comes from shopping eBay.

What brands of clothes are suitable for a 36 year old man?

I'd have to say that a wide variety of stores are available to you. The mistake isn't usually with the store(unless you're 45 and hitting up hot topic and urban planet, but then again, at any age I wouldn't recommend these places.) but rather the selection. Here's a few that should be good. J. CrewBrooks Brothers Banana RepublicH&M(Be careful... Do not be enticed by flashy hipster deep v's. They are known to frequent the area) Club MonacoScotch & SodaThese places should be good, but use discretion. Picky and choosy is always good. But for the average lifestyle/wallet/person these places are pretty good staples. Barbour Ralph Lauren Hugo BossSome more broad, except the first maybe, brands that should fit your needs. Good luck mate.

Why is Plato's Closet so picky? Why didn't they buy my clothes?

I went in today and I'm not joking with 100 items. I didn't expect to sell them all obviously, but I hoped that a quarter of them would be wanted. Half were new or only worn once and purchased within the last year. The stuff that was higher end was a little older. I'm just so mad cause not even one item passed their inspection. I wish goodwill payed us for clothes cause they aren't so picky. It's stupid though. Plato's expects us to come in with stuff bought within the last month...like no those are the clothes I care about. I wouldn't be trying to sell clothes that were new. They need to be more open minded and not so picky. 8 have no idea how people walk away with 100 bucks from there! Do they just like them better? Do my clothes just suck? Most of my clothes were from from the brands they like for gods sakes!

I understood that when I pick clothes/dress I try to think/understand as a woman (I'm a straight man). How do men (that do deal with their looks and style) think about clothes? How should I, as a man, think about clothes?

I look at clothes this way (if you can’t tell, I’m a guy):How much is it?Does it fit?How much is it?Sold! But to be honest there’s nothing wrong with being a bit picky when it comes to the clothes you wear. Just because you’re a guy doesn’t mean you have to be all “manly”.

Which is the best fashion shopping site in India, Myntra, Ajio or Jabong?

When after a long week and once i finish all my weekend running around, if i have a little window of time, my favorite thing to do to relax is a hot cup of tea and online shopping.Mainstream shopping sites like Jabong and Myntra does offer almost similar products and for these products you can even visit a nearby brand’s retail stores. Ajio does have their inhouse designs which are quite nice. But personally I feel the best place to shop is www.koovs.com if you are looking for trendy and reasonably priced products. They also have occasional collaboration with designers for limited products which are amazingly well priced and very affordable. An a good customer service. And if you are looking at something different, away from mainstream brands, there are plenty of such sites you can browse all week long drooling to buy everything available. I personally visit following website often:For contemporary or basic clothing - 100% Organic Fair Trade Cotton Clothing. Ethical Fashion, Sustainable Clothing. Made In India or Shop | bhane - contemporary clothing for men and women | bhaneFor quirky and a little eccentric clothing - Quirk Box | Fashion and Lifestyle or theplayclanFor designer clothing (though they offer very limited options for men) - Buy Men's and Women's Apparel, Designer Clothing, Designer Jewellery, Fashion Accessories at Pernia's Pop-Up ShopFor ethnic and handcrafted products handpicked across India - iTokri.com l India's Most Loved & Trusted Online Shop for Mastiful Products! Indian Fabrics, Sarees, Dupattas, Jewelry, Kids, Stationery & More! The list could go on and on but these are few Indian sites that I can suggest and offers a wide variation of clothing for both men and women. But if you ask me to pick from the mentioned three, I would rather order them in the sequence I am likely to browse - Jabong, Ajio and Myntra.Hope it helps.

Is it illegal to take pictures of clothes in a store ?

No, it's not illegal, however, any store is private property and the employees have the right to ask you to stop, which they probably will (like the lady did to you, although she should've said it more nicely. She's got major issues, girl!). Or they might ask you to delete the photos and then leave. However if they take your camera/phone, call the police and report the store for taking your camera/phone, because THAT'S illegal (it's stealing).
Anyways, the reason why it's such a "big deal" is because even though you're not physically stealing or damaging property or merchandise, it's like copying. You know how the Juicy Couture tracksuits are often copied? Vans? Converse? And pretty much everything else? Businesses know how much copying goes around so they're afraid you might take the pictures and bring them to other brands so THEY will copy (nobody like copiers). Most likely you aren't gonna bring them to other companies, but judging by the way most stores (like 99.9% lol) don't take risks to customers, they aren't going to believe you, so to avoid trouble altogether the best thing to do is just stop taking pictures of products and just don't argue. Another thing: Selling the pictures of merchandise to any other company IS illegal. Not sure what the punishment is but I think it's prosecution (I THINK).
Hope I helped!

Working at Clothing stores?

Personally you might have a chance with all of them, but you never know what they are all looking for. All of the jobs I have had have been retail so I have a lot of retail experience, and I have also worked at Victoria's Secret. When there were times I needed and I applied to a lot of retail store, some which are on your list I didn't even get calls back from a lot of them so its not always about retail experience. I think that with VS you would have a good chance. I had a group interview with them and many of the girls didn't have any retail experience but as long as they had a wide enough schedule to be available they were hired. Express I didn't work there but had a interview with them and I think that they are pretty hard to get a job with. I know they base a lot of their choices on clothing since they are a high fashion store and probably on your experience. I have been applying at Express for the longest and just recently got an interview but didn't get the job so that one may be tough. Forever 21 I believe you could get a job at as long as you have a good working background. Just recently a 2 story Forever 21 opened up where I attend school at and they had open interviews on my campus and literally hired EVERYONE I even got the job but just didn't make the orientation. So that one may be really easy. As far as the other ones I don't know, but I do hope I helped in some way!
