What does 3H Anti-Glare treatment do?
I have a LG E2240T 21.5" monitor. Its specifications say that it has Anti - Glare 3H treatment. Can someone explain what does it do? Also, when I look at the monitor from a different vertical viewing angle (from above) it looks like it has some dust, grains, stains or whatever on it. It's very hard to explain, but basically the image is not crystal clear like viewing from straight angle.
