Im on Zoloft for anxiety?please read.?

Stop taking the medication immediately. Go back to your doctor and tell him that you are having adverse reactions to the medication. I too was on Zoloft after my baby (he is now 4), but it gave me greater symptoms of depression/anxiety. If Xanax or Lorazepam work better for you, you can take those as needed and not every day.

What is the best book you ever read?

I'd have to say the Holy Quran of course! But I know you mean books in general.

I'll think about it and get back to you!

OK, I have been thinking and here are my favorites:

-The Granada Trilogy by Radwa Ashour. It is about the last Days of the Arabs in Andalusia and the fall of Granada. It is so heart touching and beautiful, definitely a must read. What really hurt is that it seemed as if I were reading about our contemporary history now, not about historical events hundreds of years ago. History doesn't repeat itself, we repeat history, and apparently we never learn our lesson.

- I loved Khaled Husseini and can't wait for him to release a third novel. His first novel The Kite Runner and the second one A Thousand Splendid Suns are both set against the backdrop of the historical and political events in Afghanistan. They explore human relations and emotions in a touching way. The first deals with a father/son relationship while the second deals with a mother/daughter relationship. I really cried and felt sick to the stomach while reading these two. Very touching.

- I also liked Taxi, Chicago, and 3omarit Ya3qobian.

You can borrow them all when you come ISA ya amar. :D

Feel childish but I'm 24. Please read and give advise.?

I dont think your depressed ( well maybe a little) , but I think your main problem is not having any acheiveable goals. It is eating away at your ambition. Set long term, intermediary, and short term goals and attempt to achieve them.

Making the right decisions is on you, because I dont know what is right for you. There is no right decision of what to do out there. Just the basics food, water, and shelter. You have to chose your direction.

Is it okay to greet "Happy Holidays" or "happy thanksgiving" to an ex? pls read on and tell me your opinion..?

Hey people

My bf (now ex) and I broke up on last week of September this year. Its been over 2 months now since we have broken up. We've been together for 3.5 years. We haven't talked nor seen each other since the break up. He initiated the break up and honestly I got really hurt. The reason why we broke up because I was all stress out and I was making little things bigger. He got fed up and we cooled off. After 10 days, he broke up with me. he said he wanted to be alone. I just cried and got hurt..but I had no choice but to let him go..

I am learning to move on now, but still hurting and sad. Its like a roller coaster feeling...sometimes I'm super happy like I'm so moving on..sometimes I just break down and cry. But the thing is, I dont wanna go back anymore. I just wished we will be good friends..maybe not now..but down the road. I wanna be friend with him, not because I wanna go back to him..but I don't wanna lose him in my life. Until now we still dont contact each other...

Now my question is since Holidays are coming up..is it okay to atleast text him to say "Happy Thanksgiving", "Merry Christmas", "Happy New Year"..things like that??! I mean, I have no intention of getting back..just pure good friendship intention. I just wanna be a good friend..thats all, not to get back with him whatsoever. But I dont wanna look pathetic and needy cuz I'm not like that!

I need some good advise! Thanks guys...

Severe alllergic reaction in my American Staffordshire Terrior...any suggestions...please read...?

For goodness sake please be super careful listening to these answers. I've seen one that is almost completely wrong.

Benadryl is a super effective medication for allergic reactions in dogs (or people)

Hydrox isn't any better. Used for sinus allergies/drainage, and used for a sedative

The dex that the vet gave first should have fixed the problem.

And I have to back up everyone that said it's something that the dog is continuing to come into contact with. Change food first. Even if he has been eating it in the past with no reaction. A dog, just like a person, can suddenly develop allergies to a food,,,,or the 'batch' of food from the last bag/can etc. could be a tiny bit different.Watch him when he goes out to the bathroom,,pay close attention to where he's sticking his nose. Has he had any vaccinations recently? they can cause this sort of reaction as well. You really have to stop and think of what may have changed within a day of when he started swelling the first time.

On a side note...be prepared for him to start leaking urine for a while since this is a common (but often undisclosed) side effect of taking the dex. And the second thing you said the vet gave him is diphenhydramine , which is the long name for benadryl.

Bully lover please research. When you give incorrect info as fact, it could be extremely dangerous if someone takes that advice.

HELP I HAVE BEEN DOXED, PLS HELP?

First, I Googled the term "doxed", because I had no idea what it meant.

That led me to this Web site: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.ph... and I learned the meaning of the term.

Now, you can go find out what it means too. And, I'm sure you'll find that whether the message you were sent was true or not, it may not matter to you. I know it wouldn't matter to me if I got "doxed" because I don't have any credit cards, I don't own the mobile phone I use (it belongs to one of my housemates), I don't have any bank accounts, and my family are all spread out around the U.S.A. and many of them carry guns.

So, when you've read the definition of the term "doxed", you're mind will probably be set at ease.
