The all time best Indian Cricket team for Tests will be:-Sunil GavaskarNawab PataudiRahul DravidSachin TendulkarVirat KohliMahendra Singh Dhoni (Wk)Kapil Dev (C)Anil KumbleRavichandran AshwinZaheer KhanJavagal SrinathThis team has 3 good pace bowlers who can extract swing and seam from the air and pitch respectively. The batting line up is also very dependable at the top with MSD as the wicket keeper batsman of the side. Kapil Dev being the all rounder of the side. With spin twins of Anil and Ashwin this will prove to be a formidable side. The team will be led by the legendary Haryana Hurricane Kapil Dev.The all time best Indian cricket team for ODI will be:-Virender SehwagSachin TendulkarVirat KohliSourav GangulyYuvraj SinghMahendra Singh Dhoni (C&Wk)Kapil DevRavindra JadejaHarbhajan SinghMohd. ShamiAshish NehraThis team will be led by the most successful Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. I have tried to maintain separate sets of bowlers in the formats to distribute the work loads. Kapil Dev is a must in the team with his upfront bowling and late hits. The batting looks very settled and can chase any amount of totals. Shami has been included because of the pace and consistency he has bowled with in his short career. The all time best Indian cricket team for T20I will be:-Virender SehwagRohit SharmaVirat KohliSuresh RainaYuvraj SinghMahendra Singh Dhoni (C&Wk)Ravindra JadejaRavichandran AshwinBhuvanehwar KumarZaheer KhanJasprit BumrahWith five regular bowling options and two part timers even if one of the bowlers have a bad day, others can easily chip in. Team looks very stable in terms of batting. The captain again would be India’s most successful limited overs captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.Thank you for reading.

In a cricket match, on ten consecutive balls ten players get out. Then which batsman would still be not out?

Well, a highly unlikely scenario....Still here is the analysis:Your gut feeling might tell you that the batsman walking in at number 8 would be the player left. Reason: Straight forward. If the 1st over sees the fall of 6 wickets, number 8 walks in to find himself at the non striker's end due to the end of the over. And then sees the fall of remaining 4 wickets, to remain not out.BUT....(1)There is this concept of crossing over, which states that "If the batsmen cross over before the completion of a catch, then the non striker gets the striker's end to face the next delivery and the incoming batsman would be at the non-strikers end." (2)Also there is the "run out".Now, with these to options, it is possible that ANY batsman (including the opener) can remain not out by the end of the 10 deliveries. For the opener to remain not out:(a)Get the non striker run out and reach the other end. Repeat the same for the 1st ball of next over. (b)Or (highly impossible case) keep driving the ball straight, and expect the bowler to direct the ball to the non striker's stumps while the non- striker is out of the crease, 6 consecutive times.Explanation for the subsequent players to remain not out is quite easy and on the similar lines.
