Plzz Help Me With Depression

Plzzzz help...!!!!! is this depression?

i have been very weak in studies since childhood and because of that my teacher had always punished me ......almost everyday ..i was also not able to make friends that time...my parents have also preasurised me to work more on studies so by the time i was 13years old i tried to commit suicide almost thrice but nothing happend....after a year or so i started gainig weight which made my life worse...... i am 17 years old right now and weighs around 85-90 kgs .......all my classmates teasses me ....i have no friend even i am not good at studies..... my family always says that i am a burden on them and are ashamed of me....my brother-sister always dominates me my life has become more than hell.....nowadays i am not able to sleep more than 1-2 hours a day...... everynight i wake up and starts thinking about my life and cry throughout the night .....i am also not able to eat anything ....i get suicidal thoughts .....even i have tried it but but didn't sucseeded in it........now after one month i have my 12th boards ....and everybody is saying that i will not be able to do anything in life ...... i feel like running away i want peace... and i could only see one thing for getting it that is death....plzz help.....!!!!!!!!!!

I'm depressed, and I'm alone, and nobody can help me. What should I do?

Talk to me. Don't feel alone. We all are struggling with something or the other in this big world. Do you have someone who you can call as your family or some close friend? If yes, then please go and sit with them, be vulnerable with them. Don't hesitate, even if you cry in front of them, speak your heart out. If not, then please take an appointment with a Counsellor and visit him/her daily and share your heart out. When you feel no one can help you, help yourself out. Take help from a counsellor or a psychiatrist. Its important to take care of your mental health. Please try to cut yourself off from any such negative agent, atmosphere or a person which makes you feel all the more blue. Remove all the sad songs from your playlist. Eat healthy. Take care of your diet. Stop eating junk food for a while. Have more of dry fruits, nuts, green leafy veggies and drink loads of water(Keep Yourself Hydrated) Try to do some Yoga or Exercise, Sit and soak - in some sun (vitamin D) daily, for 10minutes. It is usually neglected, but its really important! People who usually keep away from the Sunlight are more prone to Depressive state.Moving further, don't keep things inside your heart. There could be someone in your life who will be your well wisher like your family, some friend, some colleague etc. It's a basic tendency to think negative in such a state, please don't take any stupid step in such a state. Just remember this is temporary and it'll fade away soon.Kindly make an appointment with a good Counsellor. You’ll be fine soon. He/She will talk to you and find out the root cause of you feeling depressed and differentiate, if its really a clinical state of depression or something else.And please don't feel sad. Storms don't last forever. Sometimes it feels blue, and it seems it won't fade away. But trust me, we all are rowing the same boat. Just the gushing of the waves is different for each one of us. I have no friends and I'm extremely lonely, I feel very depressed. I need help, please, help me?

Hi I met my real friends after a very long time. So most of the time , I used to feel very lonely and depressed. One of reasons you feel depressed can also be that you dont know yourself better. You don't enjoy your own company and that you have low self esteem.Trust me when I say cuz I am experienced in this area that you will find friends. True and real friends but first you have to be your own friend. You need to figure out what makes you happy (like for me it is reading mystery or self-help novels and singing) .And sometimes you need to create happiness for yourself.To create happiness - go and have a walk in the park. See squirrels , dogs , lady birds , birds . Watch them closely. How they are in their own world , no worries. Just hanging and having fun.Turn up the music and dance like crazy .Read self help books . Trust me , you'll feel like the author is speaking to you and is trying to help you. Best ones which i like are - Tuesdays with Morrie , five people you meet in heaven .Try to engage yourself is things which will give you a boost up. If you play video games to escape the reality, it will not give you any accomplishment or any confidence or won't make you love yourself.And to make friends, join hobby classes like for music , drama , reading etc. You'll find people similar to you and then try to say hi first to them or good morning and then after few days , ask them to help you in a minor thing. And then thank them and compliment them. Or compliment them without asking for their help too. The key is to make them smile and make them feel comfortable with you. How do Libra deal with stress? do they get depressed?

As a Libra myself, I can tell you this ...

Unfortunately, yes, we do get depressed -- a lot at times. :-(
This applies to a lot of Libras, male as well as female.
When us Libras get in a funk, we REALLY get in a funk !
We tend to go through a lot of highs & lows.
It can seem very confusing to those around us.

But, it's good that you're trying to be there for him & help him.
Just give him a little bit of time. When he's really ready to open up,he'll come around & open up to you. Don't get discouraged yourself.

Us Libras can pick up on that very easily.

We don't want (or even like) to see others sad or anything like that.That goes especially for anyone who's really close to us, like a parent or even someone we're romantically involved with (boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, etc.).

The important thing is just to have an open mind
(along with open ears & open arms, of course) &
when he decides to speak, hear him out.
Take things slow (or at least slower) with him.

Let him know that what he's going through is just a
"bump in the road", so to speak, & that things are sure
to get better.

The biggest thing to affect a Libra is him or her
feeling like a disappointment to those closest to him or her.
We are notorious for wanting to please people at times.
I know, may sound bad. But, it's true.
