Pokemon Firered Where To Train For Elite 4

Pokemon firered training?

Pretty much anywhere is a good place to use the Vs. Seeker on trainers, because some trainers that you beat, after you beat them, their Pokemon's levels increase. I would recommend fighting the group of Bird Keepers directly west of Fuchsia City (the group of 3 trainers by the grass in the little pocket of land right before the entrance to the bottom of the Cycling Road). Since your Lapras is a Water/Ice-type Pokemon, make sure that it knows Ice Beam or some other kind of Ice-type move so that it can take out the Flying-type Pokemon of those Bird Keepers. Fight the one of the bottom and the one of the right side, as those two will eventually have Pokemon in their 30s and 40s in terms of level. That is where I trained all of my Pokemon up to Level 100 (which now totals over 10 Pokemon :)). It is a very quick way to level them up. I got my Jolteon up from Level 61 to Level 100 there in about 8 hours of hard, nonstop training :).

Other good places to train your Lapras include any of the islands (One-Seven Island) as those islands have wild Pokemon in their 40s and 50s in terms of Levels and trainers with Pokemon in their mid to upper 50s to even the low to mid 60s in terms of levels.

Seven Island, Sevault Canyon has wild Graveler and Fearow that give a decent amount of experience and aren't too hard for you to defeat at the level that your Lapras is at.

Hope this helps :P

Pokemon FireRed - good place to train?

Pokemon Firered EV training... I'm a noob?

@person above
they said FIRERED.

okay it's best to EV train with a newly caught pokemon.
remember, if you're EV training for attack, 255 is the maximum EVs you can have for one pokemon
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/attack.shtml that is a list of which pokemon give out attack EV points and how many.
If you're Aerodactyl has Pokerus it will be way easier.
A Jolly nature is best (+Spe -SpAtk)
Make sure you keep track of how many EVs you've gained, try to get to 252 in attack, and then maybe try 252 in speed. Remember 510 is the overall limit.
Also, give it proteins and carbos.

EDIT: yes, trainer's pokemon will still give EVs

Pokemon FireRed - Best place to train for Elite 4 (exp wise)?

since your charizard knows earthquake, cinnabar mansion or power plant located far south east of cerulean city will do. there will be lot of fire, poison or electric pkmn to be dealt with. fighting a number of wild pikachu in the power plant could be good for ev training as well. i suggest brick break and fly, instead of blast burn and slash, simply because blast burn suffers heavily on accuracy and pp, and brick break can defeat easily normal, rock, ice, steel and dark pkmn much better than slash.

for your lapras, cinnabar mansion will do, as there are lot of fire pkmn.

for your dragonair, get another tm13, tm24 and teach surf as well. use tm02, if you really need a dragon attack. if you do, seafoam islands, with lots of water pkmn will be fine. since it lags on speed at this time, a quick claw is recommended. jolteon can be trained there as well.

for your pidgeot, having steel wing is good enough. victory road will provide you with lots of rock and fighting pkmn for some easy and plenty of training.

for your growlithe, take it to anywhere you please, and just be prepared to face any water pkmn coming across, if you choose seafoam island or ocean paths..

about the e4, lorelei uses water\ice pkmn. so fighting and electric moves will be needed.
bruno uses onix and fighting pkmn. so water and flying\psychic attacks will be the best.
agatha uses poison\ghost pkmn. psychic can nail ALL of her pkmn.
lance comes with flying and dragon roster.so electric and ice attacks are needed.

the rival comes with a pidgeot, alakazam, rhydon, arcanine, exeggutor and blastoise.

from my experience, a haunter or gengar with thunderbolt, giga drain, psychic and shadowball will improve your winning chances by a great extent.

What is the best team to fight the elite four in pokemon fire red?

Hi, to pass the elite four you will have to to some changes (it would be easier). The first important thing is to buy a lot of revives, a lot of max potions and a few of full restore. Second thing when figthing try not to let your advantage pokemon die, restore his life before feinting. Third thing whe you finish a battle restore all your pokemon. Then because your pokemon are at a low level you will have to always figth with the pokemon that have the advantage. The first elite have: Dewgong, Cloyster, Slowbro, Jynx and Lapras. So you need pokemons that are or have electric or grass moves. You have Venasaur (grass) and Mr. Mime that have magical leaf, use them for this battle. Second elite have: two Onix, Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee and a Machamp. So you need pokemons that are or have psychic, water or flying moves. For the two Onix use Lapras, for the other 3 use you can use Lapras(psychic), Fearow(drill peck, fly) or Mr Mime(psychic, psybeam). The third elite you can defeat her using only spychic moves, use Lapras or Mr. Mime. The fourth elite have: Gyarados, two Dragonair, Aerodactyl and a Dragonite. For Gyarados you need a electric or a rock attack so I recommend you to change Persian for and electric pokemon, for the two Dragonair and the Dragonite use Lapras( ice bean), and for Aerodactyl use Lapras(ice beam, surf) too. For the final elite, I gest your starter pokemon was bulbasaur he will have: Exeeggutor, Gyarados, Charizard, Pigeot, Rhydon and Alakazan. For Exeggutor you can use: Arcanine(fire attacks), Fearow(flying attacks) or Lapras(ice beam) if you have to. Gyarados the same recommendation look for an electric pokemon. Charizard use Lapras(surf). Pigeot use Lapras(ice bean) or electric pokemon. Rhydon you can use: Lapras(surf or ice beam) or Venasaur(grass attack). For Alakazan you need a ghost or dark attack, try teaching Mr. Mime shadow ball(is in celadon city) look for it. Uff i think that say it all. If you loose anyway dont surrender, what is important is that your pokemon are leveling up ;) GOOD LUCK

Where to train for FireRed Elite Four rematch?

Within the storyline, if you use only one pokemon throughout (preferably, your starter), it will be level 93-95 by the time you are through the Sevii Islands. Since you have a full team, which is good, the only way to increase the level of your pokemon is using the VS Seeker in Victory Road. The trainers there will have a higher level pokemon since the last time you battled them and you might get around 1000 exp for defeating one of their pokemon.

Pokemon Yellow: Where To Train Level 50+ For Elite Four?

Well, for your pokemon's levels, the Cerulean Cave matches perfectly. But you'd have to beat the Elite Four for that. So, you could try the Victory Road then.
