Help! My baby fell face first in the bath tub...?
Please, no rude comments. I was bathing my 6 month old and he was playing, splashing the water going crazy. Up until now I have used a bath tub that goes in the sink and he has grown out of it. So, he loved the 'big bathtub' Hes my first baby, and everything is new to me. I dont know how to bath him very well. I put a folded up blanket under him to keep him from slipping, and only a couple inches. How do you bath a baby that is barely learning to sit, safely? And, should I worry that he fell face first in the water? It was literally less then a second, I pulled him out. But he was coughing and had to catch his breath. He cried for like 10 min. But, after I got him dressed he went to bed. Ive heard of dry drowning and worried.
