How do I relieve my pain after my first workout?

The pain that you feel after a workout, especially if you haven't worked out in a while, is simply a build up of waste material in your tissues and micro damage to the muscle tissue (I am assuming here that you are not talking about injury but the typical pain you feel after a new workout).Although stretch can help, another way is to make your muscles move, that is "gently" activating or warming up the zone that hurts (for example, if your legs hurt, you can go first stretch and then go for a gentle walk). That way, the blood circulation will help irrigating the waste material and help in the repair of the tissue. Gentle stretch will also prevent the different muscle layers to stick together and is strongly recommended.General recovery after a workout depends on multiple other factors too.Hope this helps,Greg

What are the methods to remove pain from your body after a workout session?

Well… reducing inflammation can be done by the superpower of sulforaphane! You should try a kale shake and notice the difference…Sulforaphane is formed by its precursor glucorophanin and the enzyme myrosinase. You can find it in all cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and bak choy but really… broccoli sprouts are the way to go as they contain way higher levels of glucoraphanin.However.. to fully enjoy the benefits these vegetables should be consumed raw therefore a kale shake is a great way to consume these vegetables.OR you could heat them up at 60 degrees Celcius for exactly 10 minutes. According to Dr. Rhonda Patrick this triples the amount of sulforaphane you will be able to take in..Definitely check out this article on the sulforaphane benefits and everything you should know about it;)Hope it helped;)
