Started working new job and im really sore?

I needed money to keep going to college and so I started a full time job at a factory/warehouse. I worked 9 hours yesterday and 12 hours today. Im lifting and pulling all day long so my back is sore but the worst pain is in my legs. I'm standing all day I only sit on my lunch and break, as im writing this im sore as hell and i know its gonna feel worse in the morning.

How long will my body take to adjust to this and is there anything I can do to get rid of the soreness in my legs or at least some way to help me cope with it better?

Is it ok to mow/ do yardwork while pregnant?

Mowing, light raking are fine. For heavens sakes women all over the world work in the fields while pregnant. Avoid heavy lifting and exposures to chemicals. Perfect about keeping hydrated. Let your body talk to you. As you know, the more exercise you get that strengths the "birthing" muscles, the easier the pregnancy and delivery. If you hire out the gardening, take up bicycle riding or other forms of exercise.

I work retail and am on my feet all day. After an 8 hour shift my feet are so sore i can barely walk. ?

Hmmm. If you're not allowed to wear an athletic shoe, try out Redwing Shoes. I got some there when I was working in a grocery store and on my feet on concrete / tile all day.

If you don't have a place like that near you, check out your co-workers footwear and start asking them if their shoes are comfortable and if so, where did they get them.

I hope you find what you need. It's a real drag to be in pain like that. And if your feet hurt, you feel bad in general.
