Birthday present idea for my 22 year old brother?
Hi there everyone. I was just wondering if anyone had a real creative and thoughtful idea for a birthday present for my brother who will be turning 22 in a couple of days. He always buys me really nice things especially for those big birthdays like when I turned 16. I feel so bad because I don't know what to get him. He's so hard to shop for, and boys..are just hard to shop for in general :p I'd appreciate any ideas :D Thanks a lot everyone!

I think shes too damn old for presents!!! I felt weird about giving her anything for xmas last year when she was 16 cause I think this holiday should be about the kids getting gifts. I wish she could just sleep while her 16 year old brother and 11 & 6 year old sisters open gifts. It will save lots of money since they will be getting 400 dollars from me and their grandma combined. Money is not an issue since we have a lot of it. BUT my 17 yr old is too old to get ANYTHING in my honest oppinion. Am i wrong?? Estranged Brother Xmas Presents?
The thing is, last year he turned up with Christmas presents for us all and pretended like nothing had happened. However we’ve not heard from him all year and when we have tried contacting him he says he won’t have anything to do with us because my husband keeps trying it on with his wife!! If you knew my husband and knew his wife you would know how unlikely and hilarious this idea is. Truth be told, I catch her trying it on with him and him telling her not to be so stupid and as a result she was so embarrassed that she’s obviously told my brother it was the other way around!! This has been going on for years now and it’s a family joke as to what Carrie (my brother’s wife) is going to make up next. My problem is what do I do about Christmas presents for them? That way, you are not sticking to one specific present and worry about him not liking it. At this point in their life, kids have a lot of energy and time, but no money. If you like, you can get him a gift card to his favorite store if you know what it is.If you asked me what I wanted at sixteen I would have said an Xbox 360, however it is now outdated and we are unsure if the boy even likes Microsoft. He could be more of a PlayStation guy.My final answer is money. $100 and upwards is ideal, but obviously not required. $25+ would be the minimum if you asked me.

teenage guys like music: so you might get him an itunes giftcard, a cheap ipod, CDs, etc. since he's your brother, you should know what he likes, so get him something related to his hobbies or interests. ask yourself what sports does he play? what bands does he like? what sports teams does he like? is there anythin he really wants? what are his hobbies or other things he likes? does he have a car? if so, is there any accessories he might like in it? hope this helps :D
