What is the difference between private sector and government?
Well I am pretty sure I am more eligible to write answers since I have worked in private sector and working in gov sector so on basis of that I must put my view in very simple way .PRIVATE SECTOR :ADVANTAGE -1 .People are more smart .2 . most hardworking3. more knowledgeable persons4 .more punctual5 . more Money u can earn6 . all are equal u can call everyone by his/her name7 . more privacyDISADVANTAGE :1 . No work balance and Life2 . no peace of life3 . people are more cunning and selfish and more manipulative ( that is also big problem )4 .boss is big problem5 . people more believe in showoff6 . JOB is not secure7 . Respect inside office zero ( Guard inside office can stop you and behave like he is your boss )GOVERNMENT SECTORADVANTAGE1 . Big advantage job is secure no matter How u perform .2 . No work pressure like Gov sector .3 . You can think about to do other Business4 . gov quarter and others benefits5 . People Know about each other very well6 . simple life no showoff7 . you will get enough respect to make yourself feel good8 . people are very innocent and helping ( best thing i found there )DISADVANTAGE :1 . Biggest Disadvantage i found there is hell of difference between class A Officer , Class B officer , Class C , And CLASS D officer means its your responsibility to give him too much respect and have to call him Sir and shaahab .i remembered First day of my gov Job i got warning from one IAS officer ( SP ) just because i dint stand up in front of him when he was passing beside me .2 . people are not up to date they still use very old techknowledgey .3 . very slow work sometime i become irritate .4 . Building and inside office lack of equipment AND not being taken care of gov staff .5 . there is nothing like immediate action if something happens to u . you have to go through long wait that is completely waste of timing .6 . Life of class D officer is like hell people treat them like a servant inside office .7 . gov employee are more irresponsible they are not bother about time .8 . last but not list PEOPLE IN Gov Sector are very conservative u cant make fun of someone else here people mind of your word ( i am facing this ) .Above i have Written answer on basis of my experience .
