So Today I got a call from a private detective agency where I’d applied like 2 weeks ago.I completely forgot about that I had applied for a role of private investigator .The person on the call asked me about my qualification & also whether I was working? SO I told him my details.  I asked him where he was calling from to which he replied from Delhi. The guy  asked me, “ This job is risky, are you aware of the risks? Are you willing to take the risks? “ I confirmed yes definitely.He told me an agent from nearby my area will call me and assign me a task today itself. Within like 2 or 3 minutes I got a call from a different person again asking me the above questions. He asked me whether I had a bike? I didn’t have a bike I told him I had a car. He asked me whether I would follow the suspects in a car?  I told him I will take a auto. He told me fine, lets look at that matter later.He asked me to send my passport details, adhaar card, passbook copy etc for my details and also for my account number to credit my salary.He asked me whether I had at experience which I didn’t have any in detective field.He told me my duty will be to have close look on the suspects, taking their stills & videos. Following him, basically stalking him & to see whom he meets. He told me that he will call me tomorrow & to send my details to the agency.End of the Story.So guys just apply anywhere online ( I applied on Job Search | Indeed ) You will definitely get a call in a week or two.Beware to ask their details, If possible go to the agency and get a Job order.Stalking is a crime and If you get caught be ready to end up in Jail. So remember until & unless you are really smart & daring, and also cunning don’t go for it. It’s quite risky.My parents aren’t allowing & also I don’t want to jeopardize their safety hence I declined the Job offer.If you are really willing to do this job, even with no experience you can get a job. It is  a quite challenging job. You need to do a lot of travelling also.All the Best

How genuine is the business model of Indian network marketing company RMP Infotec?

I  have been invited to this network before (to which I politely  declined). It may claim to be a lot of things but all the things that  apply to the inherent business model of MLM apply to this too. One, the  business relies on selling very very overpriced products. Two, very very  few people in the network will ever make solid money.A multi-level marketing company started by two companies previously dealing in steel, metals and government contract work is fishy to begin with. This becomes even more evident when you realize the products they are selling are not their own but of other brands. At least other MLM networks have the decency of claiming to sell their 'innovative' products.Now, that these products are also available elsewhere in the market. And RMP's documentation seems to claim a 21% margin going to various levels. It is reasonable to assume some expenses by the company to maintain the backoffice - accounting, training etc. Add the company's own margin to the whole thing and you should be looking at roughly 50%-70% margin over the cost of the products. Therefore, there is no value in products - it is just a 'business opportunity'.The company has had multiple cases filed against it in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh (at least). In many of those cases, investigations are ongoing and multiple bank accounts of the company have been frozen. I must be guilty of hyperbolics.Am I?|WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES|This happened today at IMS BHU, one of the BEST medical colleges in the country, not some “random” peripheral institute 100km away from civilisation.Let us look at what happened to IMS BHU students.Why did this happen?Because they told the patient and the people with them that there was no bed vacant and hence the patient can't be admitted.Last I checked, doctors don't pull out beds from out of their hats.Perpetrators?No, no. Not drunk, uneducated mobs from any specific region/religion or motivated by any political agenda (that we know of yet). This was purportedly done by students of other disciplines of BHU although investigations are still on to find out who did this.Students of other disciplines sounds like future 'laymen' or 'public' of our country.Great future ahead, guys.The administration allegedly were mute spectators.How do you think these medical students will feel about their patients?Do you think they will forgive and forget and turn out to be doctors who “serve the people?”There are several others like them (both at IMS and elsewhere in the country). Luckier in that they escaped with less severe injuries but identical in how their attitude towards the profession is changing.I don't know how much worse this will get before it begins to get better but frankly, I am not hopeful.I am also worried because there are a couple of IMS students I know on Quora. These are sworn federal officers that have authority over all federal employees. This is so that they cannot be influenced by any rank or position.I served 25 years as a military police officer and worked as an operations NCO for the Provost Marshal. We never, in all of my years of service, ever had the need to even make contact with a General Officer during an investigation or as an arresting officer. Generals are selected because of their character. If something is amiss about a General it will usually be investigated well above the average MP on the street.

What does the RPM indicator in bikes actually mean?

Let me answer this in simple way.Yes, speed is directly linked with the RPM. As the RPM increases, the speed increases. But the engine is not directly connected to the wheels, the power of the engine is directed towards the wheel by the help of different gears.Your bike has 5 gears(assuming, as your bike has an RPM meter!) whose job is to vary the rotation speed of the wheel as per your requirement1. The 1st gear takes the rotations from the engine, reduces it and sends it to the wheel. The wheels rotate slower than the engine's speed.2. The 4th gear takes the rotations from the engine and sends the same amount of rotations to the wheel. The wheels rotate at a speed same as the engine's.3. The 5th gear takes the rotations from the engine, increases it and sends it to the wheel. Now the wheels rotate faster than the engine speed, that's why it takes lesser RPM of the engine to take the bike to faster speeds.Gearing ratios are used in the arrangement of gears to control the final wheel's speed.As we can see that the first gear is reducing the speed, we have to increase the RPM to take the bike at higher speed. But as the fourth gear is rotating the wheel with the same speed as that of the engine, we do not need to pull the RPM as in the case of lower gears.Note: Increasing the gears does increases the speed but lowers the torque output.EDITRPM(rotation per minute) is the unit to measure the rotation of the crank shaft per minute. The crank shaft is a rotating shaft inside the engine that is connected to the gear box with fly wheel and clutch in between.

What can be the reason for the increase in RPM of my bike?

To answer in one word : LEAN MIXTUREWhen the mixture is very lean, the engine will take more time to start (attempt). Also it needs some initial idling time.... But once the engine gets started and you start some hot rides say at high speed or at high RPM, then the engine in fact becomes extremely hot as a result of lean mixture (Remember lean mixture will make engine really hot). Now because of that lean mixture engine temp, your idling will have increased slightly above the normal level otherwise your engine will stall. If you see this effect, ask your service mechanic to set the carb pilot jet for slightly rich mixture. My bike starts at 1100 rpm in cold and after a say 30-40 mins ride, it sets at 1500-1600 rpm max.
