At that time of collecting fees the operator feeds the advance number with the name and address of the applicant.When the vehicle for the advance registered number comes for the registration the operator at the time of collecting fees for registration also feeds the advance number and the fees details paid for the advance number. The computer instead of alloting the routine number allot the advance number already stored for the name. At the time when the registration dept. feeds the details for this vehicle, the operator feeds the advance number which was allotted already. So the Registration certificate for this vehicle is automatically stored with the advance number.
