Ps3 Of Gaming Laptop Which Should I Buy

Should I buy a gaming laptop or gaming console?

This is really more about personal preferences than anything else. They're both worthy things to own.Gaming Laptop:Pros:Portable. You can take this with you far more easily than a console.More game options. Steam... do I need to say much more than that? Seriously though, lots and lots available for the PC.PC Style gaming... KB + mouse, way better options for RTS / MMO style gamingCan be used for more things besides just gamingCons:Higher cost of hardware. (This may be mitigated by a lower total cost of ownership as a gaming device, as PC games can be cheaper, but it depends on your game buying habits.)Console:Pros:Lower cost of hardware. A good gaming laptop is over 2x the cost of a console.Easier to have multiple people use the system.Console style gaming, all of the things you would want a game pad for, you have. Access to console exclusive titles as well.Cons:Need to have a TV/monitor to go with it if you don't already have oneCan't do as much with it as a laptop outside of playing gamesLess customization / modding options for both games and the hardware itselfWhich you should buy is up to you, depending on the experience that you value most. You can do more with a gaming laptop than you can with a console, and you pay more for that. The only thing I'll say is for the love of code, stay away from Alienware products. If you need a gaming laptop, Digital Storm, Maingear, Origin, and Razer all produce superior products for a considerably more reasonable price (they're expensive, they just give you more value for the $.) If you have to buy a mass market gaming laptop, ASUS ROG laptops, MSI gaming laptops or something custom from Cyberpower. Alienware is going to have to do something pretty impressive to convince me that their pricing and business practices are ethical enough for me to recommend them to anyone. (I don't have a problem with their hardware, I do have a problem with the markup they charge on premium components that is significantly higher than anyone else in the industry.)

What gaming controller should I buy for my laptop?

I’d go for the standard Xbox 360 Wired Controller. The 360 controller may not have all the bells and whistles of higher-end controllers, but it does come with one feature many of them can’t match: ease of use. On Windows, many games come configured specifically for Xbox 360 controllers, so you’ll be able to just plug the controller in and get started right away. Many alternatives don’t support the same input system and thus will require external configuration to work with your games. Others have different control configurations, and therefore the default settings will likely feel uncomfortable or unnatural. Using an Xbox controller is the best way to ensure that you’ll enjoy the experience intended by your games’ developers.I will note that this does depend on the games you’re playing. In the OP’s case (outlined in the comments), the Xbox 360 controller will work fine, but the controller’s D-pad feels very mushy and is not precise enough for 2D platformers and other genres that require precise four-direction movement. Of course, this is a non-issue if you play games that use the analog stick for movement, but it’s something to think about for those who regularly rely on D-pads.

Should I buy a PS3 or a good laptop to play games?

First thing you've got to do is compare the games:You've got to compare the PC exclusives (Gears of War 4, Forza, Company of Heroes etc) [mostly Microsoft exclusives and strategic games) and PlayStation exclusives (Last of us, Uncharted, God of War etc)2nd thing:Where you'll play, Couch or table-chair. On what you'll play, Big screen TV or PC monitor3rd thing:With whom you'll play. The multiplayer for PS3 is free and for PS4 you'll have to subscribe to PS plus. Which also offers 2 games free per month. While PC multiplayer is free but then there's STEAM.4th thing:Game costs, PlayStation games are more expensive than pc but you won't have to deal with the specifications hassle.5th thing:You'll have to buy a controller for pc and a great expensive system for 50–60 k. For Playstion it's cheaper and it's just plug and play. You won't be disappointed with anyone. But in my experience you buy the thing what you're friends are playing because it will make it more fun. Go ahead and just buy anyone.Happy GAMING.LONG LIVE GAMING !!!!

Can I play ps3 games on my laptop?

Yes, you can. You will require an emulator to do so. The best PS3 emulator that is currently available is RPCS3. However, to run the emulator you will need a high end pc. Also, not all the games are quit ready to play as every single game has to optimize and fix issues for the emulator, and the developers of the emulator are constantly adding support for the PS3 games and fixing issues. You will find a list of games that are playable on the emulator on their website. So, if you want to play PS3 games will require RPCS3 emulator. You can just google it out.

How to get into gaming...?

If you want to get into gaming but you don't want to buy a game console, then I guess PC is the way to go. PC offers better graphics on games and the games are usually cheaper.

I would recommend you get "Steam". It is completely free, you just need to register, and you can access loads of games (even Assassins Creed). Games are usually ridiculously cheap on Steam during some sales and there is also some free ones. You can download Steam from here: http://store.steampowered.com/

Since you have a Macbook which is an Apple product, I'm not 100% how well it will go, since some games don't work on Apple products, but there are many which do.

Also, you will need no controller or special mouse, just find a game, and you can play it with your keys. It might take some time getting used to, though. It's really simple, so good luck gaming! Good luck at university, too.

Should I buy a laptop or a Sony Ps3?

Depends on what you're going to use it for. If it's for gaming and you want to put it in your living room, then get the Playstation. If you have a laptop, why would you want to get another one? You can only use one at a time...Perhaps the question you need to ask yourself is why do you want to get these computers, what you want to do with them and if they'll end up being unused and collecting dust in 3 months.

Can I get Xbox One games on my laptop?

I want to start a YouTube gaming channel, and I'd rather not spend money on a console AND a good PC. Also, I'd rather not buy a desktop because it will take up a ton of space. I was wondering if I could somehow buy Xbox One games and run them on my laptop, and if I could connect an Xbox controller to it.

Should I buy a PS3 or a good configuration laptop to play games?

First of all please do not buy a laptop for games, buy a PC if you can. The same configuration PC is cheaper than a laptop. Also you can connect it to a much bigger screen and enjoy much more than on a laptop. Now for the actual question. If you don't want to pay for games and play every AAA game that comes out buy a PC (I am not supporting piracy but that's the way it is), otherwise go for a console. Although console games are expensive, they can be bought second hand and resold, which actually makes them cheaper than PC games. Now which console is better (you have pointed out PS3, so I am going to compare PS3 to PS4).Points in favor of PS3 :-Bigger game library.Cheaper games.More second hand games available.Points in favor of PS4 :-Newer and graphically better console. All new games are sure to come to PS4 (after a year or two, new PS3 games may not be made).P.S. - If you are filthy rich and money is not a problem I would suggest you buy a killer PC rig. No matter the game, it's  going to look much better on a good configuration PC than any console, period.
