Puberty Late Bloomer Development

Am I done with puberty? Am I a late bloomer?

Not all boys ever have a growth spurt. About 50% of boys just grow gradually, slowly over time.

You may grow some more, you may not. Only time will tell. Your genetic history, your medical history, your health status, your medications, your sleep habits, your dine exercise routine, your stress levels, all factor into your growth and height.

And just so you know Peabody is different for all boys. We all develop at different rates and on different schedules. Just because you think you may not be as developed as you think you should be, doesn't mean you won't be in time. Some boys develop a lot very early in puberty, others don't develop much at all until late puberty.

I too had concerns when I was a teenager, I had virtually no body hair until I was in my late teens. I had a little bit of pubic hair at 16, no armpit hair. But my penis was 7 in. I was well developed down there, I just didn't have hardly any hair.

Puberty, Penis Growth, Late Bloomer?

Im 16, and hit puberty when i was 14. My penis hasn't changed in size since I began puberty and i'm just really curious as to when it finally will. I still look like a little kid down there and it gets annoying at times. Please someone give me some advice as to when or how soon if at all my penis will grow =/. Thanks!

Late breast development?

Hi,
It is never late. If you want to have big breast Pl. try breast massage.
Breast massage as a method of natural breast enlargement and breast health has actually been used for years as a means of stimulating healthy breast growth and promoting breast tone, pliability and firmness.

Breast massage is one of the best ways to help create a more beautiful bustline by helping to shape, tone and promote growth of the breast and the area surrounding the breast.
By massaging the breasts on a regular basis, many ladies have claimed it has enhanced the shape, size and overall attractiveness of their breast.

Here are some guidelines for breast massage you may want to follow:

1.) Use Olive Oil or any other cream of your choice to help prevent friction and increase the enjoyment and relaxation of the massage for a more pleasurable and therapeutic experience. This can be an herbal mixture - there are some good ones out there that really do help to promote firmess and breast tone, while creating a larger and more rounded look.

2.) Light to moderate massaging using a gentle back and forth gentle “swishing” action is best. This can be in a counterclockwise circle around the breast to help promote maximum lymphatic drainage.

3.) To gain maximum benefit and therapeutic effects, breast massage should be practiced daily, as part of a routine - perhaps when fresh out of the shower, since the skin is still somewhat moist and the room may still be steamy, for a smoother massage which may be more easily lubricated since there will still be moisture in the air. If you prefer, even several times a day can be a great benefit. It depends on what fits into your schedule. A few minutes at a time should suffice.

I am a late bloomer who started puberty at the age from (14-15). Till what age will my height stop?

This depends on your gender.Beginning puberty at age fourteen is typically due to a deficiency in growth hormone, although it can still be genetic. This is three years after the female average, therefore, your bone age would be three years younger than your chronological age. This implies that you’d cease growth at age nineteen, three years later than most females. Growth after age sixteen for females generally does occur, but it’s so minor that it’s not worth counting as growth [1].For males, beginning puberty at age fourteen is two years late, therefore, your bone age would be equivalent to someone two years younger than you. This implies that you’d cease growth at age twenty-one, two years later than most males. This also depends on your development speed. A person can begin puberty late, but develop so fast that their bone age will become equivalent with their chronological age, and sometimes even more mature than their chronological age.Footnotes[1] https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/se...

I'm 18 a late bloomer in puberty but my penis hasn't grown in 2 years. Whats Up?

Im 18, 6'2", about 230lbs. my penis is about 4.5" long and 4" girth erect. My first question is: Im sort of a late bloomer, I started puberty around 14.5 years old but my penis hasn't grown at all in almost 2 years, has it completly stopped or can i still grow?

Question 2: My little brother is 15 and 5'9" 150lbs. He has a 7" penis erect. (I've seen it) It's a little demorolizing how he's 3 years younger and always makes fun of me for having a smaller penis than him. I guess my question is; is penis size genitic (because Im fairly sure my dad is packing) and how come the first born got the short end of the stick (no pun intended)?

My final question is; I've heard from several reliable sources that by losing weight your penis starts to appear larger because that fat behind starts to shrink. I used to weigh 260 and after losing 30lbs my penis is still the same. I'm still losing weight and plan to stop at about 200. Is this true that it appears larger?

Thanks

Could a girl have hit puberty early, but be a late bloomer in breast development?

Yes, usually breast grow for 3-5 years after your first period, but it can take up to 10 years.

What I suggest you do it look at breasts and see if you can find any like yours. You said you feel like look like tubular breasts. Well here is a page about them with pictures of women's breasts. Real women (18 and over) have sent in pictures of their breasts so other women can see what real breasts look like. It is an education site not a sexual site. All these are normal breasts except for the picture of tubular breasts in the middle of the first page.

But look at the pictures and it might give you a better idea if your breasts are normal or not.

If you feel your breasts are not normal or not developing normally I suggest you see either a doctor or a gynecologist and have them examine them. Just remember no breast is perfect.

Good luck

Can physical puberty and brain development happen at different times, like a mental late bloomer who hit puberty early?

You are comparing apples to oranges.Puberty is a defined event that involves the appearance of new hormones (or more exactly, much higher amounts of those hormones) and these hormones have effects on multiple organs of the body. Puberty is considered finished when growth has stopped (bone growth plates are fused), though the same high doses of those hormones remain.Brain development, on the other hand, starts at birth (actually, in utero) and continues long after puberty and into later adulthood. At some point, brain development can start moving in a negative way as well. Some children who have not started puberty can be mentally advanced and mature while many adults are not so advanced and immature. Brain development is quite complicated and is affected by more than just hormones.

How many inches can a late bloomer grow from a late growth spurt?

You have not told us your age or your gender and that has a bearing on answering your question but you are correct you grow in spurts and my son grew several inches between 15 and 20. He ended up 6′1.5″ and I am only 5′9″ and my wife 5′4″ … our daughter ended up same as me.I have answered about a dozen questions on projected height and decided to research the Internet and came up with the following to help you:-I have researched the Internet and the following is a combination of what I found:-Factors that influence a Person’s final HeightGenetics -they are inherited from your parents and influence your growth to the tune of 60% to 80% and therefore your parents’ height will influence the height you will reach.Gender –Males can grow until around 20/21 and Females final growth spurt is usually limited to 2 years after their periods begin and normally finish around 14 or 15 (though some say up to 16/17)Environment -social setting, culture and climate have some bearing but the % varies.Hormones –HGH – Human Growth Hormone secreted in the Pituitary gland within the Brain and that is what drives your growthFoodToo much Fat affects the release of HGH – so try to keep you Fat consumption downEat foods rich in Proteins, calcium for bone strength, vitamins and mineral, phosphorous and magnesiumDon’t skip meals – your body needs regular fuel to growFoods to stimulate the Pituitary Gland are:- Guava, turnip, carrots, spinach, grapes.SleepGet plenty of sleep – 8 hours is ideal for during sleep HGH is secretedWater -Drink a glass of water when you get up in the morning and 4 – 6 litres of water a day – it aids digestion and absorption of foods and vitamins.Breathing- Practice breathing properly and deeply for that promotes blood flow and stimulate HGHPhysical activitystimulates the gain of HGH – sport/aerobic exercise helps blood circulation and HGH. It stretches the body and strengthens the spine and legs and helps growthPosture- Stand tall and don’t slouch and maintain good posture and don’t crouch in bed - lie straight for it helps the spineSo whatever your height is at the moment the above suggestions will help you reach your optimal height.Good LuckMike

Do late-blooming males tend to finish puberty earlier or does it take about the same amount of time?

Males who begin puberty later don’t finish puberty, because no one can “finish” puberty. It just enters a final stage, and it stays like that.A late pubertal onset usually means that the final stage of puberty tends to be achieved later, because late puberty is usually related to lower levels of testosterone in males, which is typically accompanied by lower (but healthy) levels of growth hormone. The body compensates by causing development to last longer.Late bloomers tend to develop better too, because the body has more time to develop. The faster development is, the more chance there is for stunted development, hence why people experiencing precocious puberty also experience stunted growth due to rapid bone maturation.Obviously it depends on the persons genes though. Sometimes a person can begin puberty late, but experience a huge growth spurt, essentially completing about two, or even three years worth of growth in a year. The more you develop in a single growth spurt, the less time you have left to grow after it.
