Since this film hasn't even been released on DVD/BD in Japan yet, all you're going to find at the moment are poor quality camrips, because without the DVD/BD release, there's literally no other video source available. The Japanese DVD/BD will be released on April 2nd (http://www.madoka-magica.com/blu-ray_dvd... ). Once it's released, it will likely show up online within a day or two at most, especially because the Japanese version has English subs on it, so no group will have to take the time to fansub it.
