How can I upload photos directly from Facebook to Instagram?

Yes you can! Open your facebook app on your phone. Go to your albums, or wherever the photo is you want to share to Instagram. Select that photo on your phone to open it up. On the upper, right hand corner of this photo, you’ll see three dots (…). Click on this choice the select “save photo”. This photo is now in your phones “photo” library. Close the fb app and go into your phones photo library; you’ll find the photo you just “saved” right away. You can now send it to your instagram home page! This process just takes seconds to do but you have to remember to go into facebook from you PHONE and don’t try any of this from your computer! Hope this helps

Why can't I view full size photos on Facebook? I get a ‘connection error try again.’

It could be a temporary error, which is why it is asking you to try again. If you’re accessing from a desktop, or a browser, it could really be a connection error that you should double check on.If you’re accessing from the app, you could try reinstalling the app.

If I edit a post on Facebook will it get reposted and notified or show my friends with the same number of likes and comments?

Any edit or update made to existing post gets updated instantly but Facebook will not repost it, or send notification to engaged users (those who liked, commented or shared it).Likewise editing your comment will also get update but will not be notified to any one, however if you edit your comment, edit history is available to all. I’m not sure why such feature is provided, however it does help if a person changes his comment after a reply is posted. For instance person A Comments: You are smart, the dress selection is good where did you get it from?.Now “B” replies it as: Thanks, I bought it from AmazonNow if A edits his comments like this: You are smart, Where did you get your brain from?(Note evidently the comment change makes “B” look like an idiot, if he/she doesn’t get notified or changes his/her reply (comment) accordingly.

How do I automatically post Facebook posts on Instagram? I have a Facebook page, and I want whatever I post on my Facebook page to be posted on my Instagram account. How can I do it?

Linked Ur Facebook with Instagram, u will get the option setting of FB page.

How can I autopost to Instagram starting from Facebook, and if there is not an ‘official’ way to do so, what is the path of least resistance to accomplish this post?

What Ian McCullough said. I also don't recommend it. The formats and audience expectations are different: Instagram is about images first. Facebook can be about images first, but isn't always, so you may want more descriptive text there. Plus, you may want to tailor who you share with.

If I like someone's picture in Facebook and then unlike it will there be any notification in Facebook disclosing me?

Depends. If you like, the notification goes. If you dislike, it takes time for the notification to disappear. If the person accesses the notification before it disappears, all he sees is page not found. He/She will not be able to see which post you liked. The notification disappears again. He/She will not be able to access it again. They may understand that it was an error. This has happened once with me.Happy Socializing!DC

How do I transfer my pictures to Instagram from Google Photos?

Thanks for the A2A.I’m not sure I fully understand the question since those tools have totally different use cases:Instagram is a social media platform through which people mainly share photos and videos publiclyGoogle Photos is a web-based photo library management solution where most of the photos and videos are stored privatelyHere, I’ll assume that what you’d like to do is share on Instagram, pictures that are currently stored in Google Photos. In order to do that easily, you’ll need to have both apps installed on your mobile device and signed into your respective accounts. Here’s how to do it if you only have one picture to share:Launch Google PhotosSelect the desired pictureTap on the share iconiPhone/iPad: square with upward facing arrowAndroid: rotated V shape with three dotsTap on “Instagram”Follow the processIf you’d like to share multiple pictures at a time, then those need to be downloaded on your device. If they are on your device, you’re good to go, otherwise:Launch Google PhotosSelect ALL the desired picturesTap on the share iconiPhone/iPad: square with upward facing arrowAndroid: rotated V shape with three dotsSave the pictures locally:iPhone/iPad: Tap on “Save x images”Android: Tap on “Save as” for the file manager installed on your deviceOnce those pictures are saved locally:Launch InstagramTap on the + buttonTap on “Library”Tap on “Select Multiple”Tap on the desired picturesTap on “Next”Follow the processHope this helps!

Do people see me like a picture on Facebook feed if I unlike that picture right away? Both on the main page feed and the column on right top right.

It’ll most likely show up immediately on people’s ticker strip on the right side on a desktop view of facebook.com. People who click on that item on their ticker will see the item you accidentally liked even though they won’t see your name in the Likes list.It probably won’t show up so quickly on people’s news feed so if you unliked it right away you might be alright. It will definitely send a notification immediately to the person whose item you accidentally liked. The person can click on the notification but it would just bring them back to their home feed because the item you liked cannot be found because you unliked it. If they refreshed their page before clicking on the notification, that notification may even disappear before they even get to see who it was from. I’ve had “empty” notifications disappear from my list before. (But if that person has push notifications to his phone then you’re out of luck because your name will appear on his/her phone saying you liked something of theirs - but they won’t know what it is.)Incidentally, push notifications for Twitter are also instantaneous.

I liked a friend's post on Facebook by mistake. I immediately unliked it and deactivated my account. Will they get a notification? And what if I activate my account again will they get a notification?

There was no need to deactivate the account. If you incidentally liked a post and immediately unliked it, then your like notification might have been seen by the concerned person if he was at that very moment using Facebook. After you have unliked it, the notification would delete itself and no such notifications will be stored on Facebook. So there is a very minuscule chance that the concerned person might have seen the notification, but if then he would have clicked on the notification and you have immediately unliked it, the notification will return empty. There is no need to deactivate the account, as it wouldn’t matter.
