What is the max battery life for the MSI GE60 0NC-262US?
Some people will get 4 or 5, others 1 or 2 doing the exact same things. A lot depends on your settings such as screen intensity, hard drive access, etc. ~ Since I don't know how knowledgeable you are I will guess you will get the lower.

Problem with my laptop battery: plugged in, not charging?
I have an MSI M670 laptop with Windoes Vista. I've had it for a quite a while, maybe a year or two. I used to go on it all the time, in my house, so there was never really a reason to not have it plugged in. But one day I unplugged it and it turned off? So I plugged it back in and hovered my mouse over the battery icon and it read, 'Plugged in, Not charging.' I havn't really gone on it since then but the other day I got it out and ever since then I have been looking on all these forums trying to find a solution. I've taken the battery out then put it in again - didn't work. I've looked on the more official websites and none of their soloutions help. Uninstalled the battery then re-installed it - didn't work. It says on my device manager that my AC adapter is 'working properly' and so is my ACPI-compliant battery so my battery/adapter aren't broke. So whats the problem? And is there anyone out there who has a soloution for me? Thanks! God bless you. HOPE YOU CAN HELP.
HP vs MSI for a laptop?
I need a new laptop for college and for some gaming/ HD movie playback and I am stuck between the HP dv6 or the MSI G series. I used to own a DV7 a few months ago but ended up selling it to buy a netbook for college which was a mistake because they are not nearly as fast as I thought they were. Anways, the HP and MSI both have the same specs except the HP makes a lot of heat on the bottom and it makes it uncomfortable to set on my lap which is how I use my laptop 90% of the time. The MSI is also a lot thicker like by 2x as much as the HP but looks like it has better cooling. I have always been a loyal HP customer and have never had any problems with them but I just dont want to over heat my new computer like I did all the time to my last one a few months ago. battery life is not important since I am always near an outlet even in school. So which one do you reccommend?
