As someone who lived close to Makkah for many years, I can tell you the most correct answer.First, there is no airport in Makkah. When you travel from Jeddah to Makkah or by Taif to Makkah or etc, you travel by road. At the outskirts of the city of Makkah there is a Police CheckPoint. Every car or bus has to pass through it. Now, whether the cop asks you to roll down your window and show your ID or not, that is your luck. Personally, I have rarely ever been asked to show ID. Especially, if you are wearing the IHRAM (religious clothing for pilgrimage) or if you are a family then the chances of them stopping you is quite low. Again, though, it depends on your luck. HOWEVER, if they catch you at the checkpoint and determine you aren’t Muslim, you have to turn back. Of course, if they for some reason catch u within the city (for example lol if u get into a fight with someone and get cops called on to settle the issue), then you are pretty screwed.Every ID card (aka. Iqama) given to the non-Saudi residents in Saudi Arabia says your Religion. So, you can’t lie to them. Obviously, if you have converted, then you should get that changed on your ID card.

Can NON-MUSLIMS visit Saudi Arabia?
Well, one question first: did your marriage ever got recognized in Saudia? By your question asked, I assume not and therefore you will not be able to obtain a visa to enter KSA. Your husband should know that it is impossible for a woman to enter KSA without a local sponsor.
