Please help me about Pre Authorization Status on Prepaid Card (Payoneer)?
So today is my first time withdrawing my balance on payoneer through an ATM with mastercard logo. When the transaction loading suddenly my card is coming out with the atm screen saying "Sorry we are unable to process your card bla bla" and there's no money coming out from the machine. Then i checked my payoneer balance and i recently lost my $58 which i want to withdraw. But when i view my Payoneer transactions history, i saw that my $58 is remain under "Pending Authorization". The question is, will i get my $58 back to my payoneer balance as it expires? Will they really return my $58 within 7 business days? And what is the cause of declined withdrawal transaction via ATM? As what i calculated, I'm pretty sure that i have enough balance to withdraw and i have enough balance to keep (include the withdraw fees). Thank you.
Is a payoneer mastercard real? or a scam?
The Payoneer Master Card is definitely not a scam it is an excellent way to get your money. I actually prefer to use that card instead of the Epassporte card at ATMs. The Payoneer Card has a Higher withdraw limit than the Eapssporte Card. If you want your ATM withdrawal limit increased on your Epassporte card you need to send in documentation. Also the Epassporte Card has a heavy ATM Withdrawal Fee $5.00 per withdrawal plus 2%-3% of the balance. If you receive money through Payoneer those funds will need at least 2-3 days to load to your card or you can choose to load the funds to the card within 3 hours for a fee of $3.00. Based on my Personal experiece in using both cards I definitely prefer Payononeer because the fees are lower but I also like E-passporte because when you get sent money the funds can be available right away.If you can afford to wait 2-3 days then I would advise you to use Payoneer instead of Epassporte.
Can my money on my payoneer account be traced?
I recently signed up for a Payoneer account and through them, I got a prepaid Mastercard debit card. I have a little online business from home to earn extra cash and I get paid through Payoneer (which is an online site like Paypal that accepts payments and when I get paid through Payoneer, it gets put onto my Mastercard prepaid debit card). Due to the bad economy, I'm currently on state assistance for food stamps and I also get help through the housing authority to pay my rent. I don't earn much through my online business every month...just enough for the essentials like gas money, food, clothing, etc. So my little business I run from home just gives me a little extra money every month to help cover the basics that the state can't cover. When I signed up through Payoneer, they did ask for my social security number. My question is, if Payoneer asked for my Social security number, is it possible that my money can be traced like through a normal checking account? If I'm getting paid through Payoneer and am putting my money onto a prepaid Mastard debit card, does that work like a normal checking account and my money can be traced like it could through a normal local bank account? I know that whatever money is deposited into my regular bank account can be accounted for through the local housing authority who helps pay rent and through the state who helps with food stamps. I just want to be careful and not break any rules by having a prepaid Mastercard on it that has a little money on it. I want to be very careful with everything...so can money on a prepaid debit card through Payoneer be traced like a normal checking account or does it work differently since it's through Payoneer and it's on a prepaid debit card instead of a regular checking account?

Payoneer MasterCard Problem ?
I got the card & when I activated it on www.payoneer.com, they asked me to put the last 4 numbers of my credit card code ( it has 16 numbers ) & to choose a PIN number of my own, & that's what I did. btw this is the NOTE that is wrriten in the mail : Make sure funds are loaded to the card before attempting to withdraw cash from an ATM. Some ATMs will seize the card if funds are not available.

Payoneer maintenance fee?
Hello everyone, I've got a thing here i'm kinda confused about, I know payoneer takes away a monthly maintenance fee of about $3 but if I didn't have any money on the card for a few moths will they charge me maintenance fees for all those months when I get payed next month?
