Question Regarding Youtube Partners

Question about youtube partnership?

Don't know about the first one

Positives are that you make money per view starting from the moment you agree to the partnership, which is calculated by how many ads are run. People using adblock that view your videos don't make you $$$.

Negatives is the fact that your videos now have ads, which pisses some people off.

Dunno about momotizing.

Youtube Partnership Program - question? (Left 4 Dota 2)?

Read 'A' and 'D' below

Partner Program Basics: Criteria for partnership
When we evaluate applicants for suitability for the YouTube Partner Program, we look at a variety of criteria including but not limited to the size of your audience, quality of content, compliance with our YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, and your country of residence. Your account may be a good fit for the Partner Program if:
1. You create original videos suitable for online streaming.
2. You own or have explicit permission to use and monetize all audio and video content that you upload -- no exceptions.
3. You regularly upload videos that are viewed by thousands of YouTube users.
4. Your content is family-safe.
5. You live in a country where we've launched the Partner Program. Please visit to see if you can apply.
Your account may NOT be a good fit for the Partner Program if you upload videos which use any of the following without the explicit permission of the person who created or produced all material:
A. Music (including cover songs, lyrics, and background music)
B. Graphics and pictures (including photographs and artwork)
C. Movie or TV visuals
D. Video game or software visuals. Click here for details.
E. Live performances (including concerts, sporting events, and shows)

Youtube Partner Monetization Question?

There is no minimum view or subscriber amount in order to be able to join the Partner Program. The reason it says your estimated earnings as N/A is probably because a monetizable view does not mean a click. In the Partner Program, you only get paid per click or per video ad view (must view the entire ad without skipping). What monetizable views means is that 33 people have seen your ad or watched the ad video, but have not clicked on it or they skipped the ad. Don't worry though...you'll eventually get some clicks with time!

Secondly, you must have an Adsense account to get paid anything you earn on your videos. In order to get an Adsense account you must be 18 or older (because you have to submit legal tax information to the government before signing up). If you are under 18 you can just have your parents put the account in their name, but don't try to sign up on your own if you are under 18, because lying on the tax information forms is considered a crime! But you will have no problems if your parents make the Adsense account in their name, even if your YouTube account is still in YOUR name (it wont make a difference). That way everything will be legal and your parents can deposit your checks and give you the money.

Then just give it some time and you'll be earning before you know it! Good luck!

Freedom Partnership on Youtube ! (QUESTION)?

First of all, it's odd that you apparently do not even know what they are called.

Regardless, 70 views is literally "next to nothing". If you had Google Adsense
at $1 CPM (or .001 per view), you'd have made just 7 cents; therefore there is
really nothing much to check-out.  Despite that....

Just remember that most networks are looking our for themselves -- NOT you.
If you're hoping to earn some dollars, then be aware that most of those outfits
exist to mooch money from you, while it is YOU who's doing the difficult work.

How do I become a YouTube partner?

What exactly do you wish you achieve? If making money off YouTube videos is your aim, then all YouTube accounts are now eligible to do so. I am jumping to this conclusion from your question because earlier only the channels that had YouTube partnership could monetize their videos but they changed it a long ago. Now all channels can monetize their videos as long as they own them (videos).

What does Partner Verified mean on YouTube?

So lately I've been noticing more options available to me on YouTube like Custom Thumbnails, and more Eligible Monetization rights. I thought I received these from just uploading more videos and after asking my friend who has 1.600 subs with over 100 uploads (compared to my 71 subs and 35 uploaded videos) Why he doesn't use Custom Thumbnails he said because he wasn't partnered and you must be partnered to have them, then he tells me someone must have partnered me without my knowing. My question is, is it possible to be partnered and not know it, and is he right that i must be partnered to do certain things (other than those iv'e said) And what does Partner Verified mean?

Screenshot of what it looks like- http://imgur.com/dFLHdns hope it helps

What changes were made to the YouTube partner program about 11 months ago and how will it effect someone who hasn't yet applied?

The only thing that is going to effect you is the 1K Subscriber and 4K watch time minimum that is needed to qualify for the YouTube partner program.
