Its not called addiction because theres nothing addictive in it.. weed also doesnt make you lazy, it makes lazy people give into their lazyness.. you can increase your tolerance by smoking regularily though.. When i first started smoking in high school, I would be blitzed after 1 hit.. In university I smoked every day, and by the end, I was smoking 20+ bottle tokes a day, and struggling to get high like I used to. so basically,you're body gets used to having THC dissolved in your fat and in your blood stream, and it just becomes normal for your body to be high... Static situations become normal.. and about the dude trying to say that weed is a waste of time clearly does not know the drug.. its not the 40s.. if you realized how many people you might hold in high regard smoke, you might think differently of it.. i
Why Do I Attract Stoners? *Serious Question*?
This is really embarrassing for me to ask on YA! But I feel as though no one can help me with this. I recently noticed that all the guys that I have dated or have asked me out were potheads. There were two who only smoked weed and there were other two who did weed, LSD, ecstasy, and meth. One overdosed on meth and ended up in the hospital and everytime I think about it, it makes me feel like an awful human being as a whole. I'm currently dating another guy who's into weed, LSD, and e but that's about it...at least from what I know. I want someone sober to have feelings for me but it never seems to work out. Now mind you, I have never smoked in my life. I'm just not sure what to do. I'm going to college in 2013 and I want to start with a nice guy. Is there something wrong with me?

Stoners is a juvenile name for cannabis user.Along with pot head it’s become a pejorative indicating a slacker who sits around and gets loaded.It does not represent the majority of adult cannabis users who are responsible people any more than “drunk” represents anyone who has a beer after work.It may be cool to kids but to those of us around when the word became popular it’s not something I’d choose to call myself or a friend.Life isn’t a Cheech and Chong movie.

The question asked Do you ever think that the questions on Quora are just stoner thoughts?Sometimes I don’t know what to think. Maybe some people don’t put a whole lot of thought into their question and that’s their point. Other people have to try their best at giving an answer to a question to make the question seem intelligent as possible. I keep telling myself its the answer is what really counts.
How can you tell if someone's a stoner?
i think i'm a little perfect to answer this question......my boyfriend is a stoner. its funny actually cause he's incredibly intelligent....a manager over an entire department for a computer company...he's good with kids, cooks, has a good relationship with his family etc. Some guys you can tell cause they have that whole "Jeff Spicoli thing" going on(see fast times at ridgemont high) but some guys, like my boyfriend, are a little harder to detect. the only way you will really know is if you talk to him and/or spend time with him...trust me you will find out because he will either tell you or show you. most people i know who do it, are highly intelligent people but their drug of choice makes them very lethargic.
