I just saw the raising hope episode (2-14-12) and in the end SPOILER! jimmy gets sabrina and at the VERY end the little girl says 'this show was over budget' instead of a name to dedicate the show.... was that the last episode ever??

How did Kate end up with Aaron on Lost? Did Claire die?
We don't know if she died or not in the house explosion. But, the way she was acting in the cabin and had no thought of where aaron was I think she might be. Did you see the way Miles, who communicates with the dead, was looking at her and asking her questions when they were walking through the jungle?
Who's the guy in the greyish t-shirt?
That was from the pilot episode and the guy in the grey t shirt was suppose to be a cousin who lived in the laundry room but when the series was picked up they dumped him and claimed he ran away to south america or something. And Hope looks different because the original kid got too old by the time they started the series.
