well, during your fasting, masturbation is very prohibited to do. if you are masturbating and you ejaculate after that, then the fasting you're doing breaks.
but if it is wet dream during fasting, it doesn't break your fasting as how the sperms out is unintended.
and if you don't want your fasting useless, you must try to keep your eyes clean from sexy women.

youre welcome john. no, dreaming sexy women even naked women would never be a problem for muslims, how proper/good they are, it would never be a problem. 'wet dream' has NOTHING to do with fasting in islam. so you can continue your fasting and it's still proper, your fasting wouldn't be useless. but remember, after you ejaculate wheteher it's intended or not, you must Ghusl (bath) so that you can do Salah and do other prayers that can be done only when you are clean like reading AlQuran etc.
often having wet dream is very normal among men especially teenagers. it is something you must be grateful for. =)

Masturbation is haram, any time, period. I am sorry, but it is just how it is. Ignore the people who say its natural, or good for you, because, guess what, Masturbation is not good for you.
Here are some bad effects of Masturbation:
Fatigue.
Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erections
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone

AND Allah swt says in the Quran : Chapter 23, 5 to 7, "Those who guard their sexual organs except with their spouses or those whom their right hands possess, for (with regard to them) they are without blame. But those who crave something beyond that are transgressors."

I dont even think semen can mix with pee? But in my opinion, any semen that comes out from ejaculation breaks your fast, or even getting 'wet'. BUT, if you have a wet dream, then there is no bad too it, because it was unintentional.

Stopping Masturbation is HARD. But, your in luck, because its Ramadan.
Its Ramadan brother, Allah swt gave you this month to break the habit. And Masturbating during Ramadan is forbidden, btw. Try, praying & reading Quran and Duaa.

Lastly, you said you repented and swore to Allah swt, but broke the swear. That is the main problem with Masturbaters, it means that the Shaytan has gotten you weak. You need as much Islam, as you can, meaning Quran and Dkhir.

First, stop the porn. It is degrading to women. You wouldn't want any horny teen jacking off to your sister or mother, now would you?

As for the masturbation, you should slowly wean yourself off it. Since you're so busy, try putting all your energy into running. That should release some energy. When I think of a *man* I think of someone who is controlled, disciplined, focused. Not some weak guy addicted to porn. Also, start praying more that God put you on His straight path and shower you with true success and guidance.

You're on the riight track.. Keep on doing what your doing: praying and so forth.

Don't think about bad stuffs, low your gaze, Stop watching disgusting movies [ i.e. xxx and those type of movies]. Both watching porn and Masturbating is haram [prohibited] in Islam. Its also bad for health. It harms your eyesight.

In the Al Quran Allah said,'' And they who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed - But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors'' [23:5-7].
