Ramadan Is It True That Shia Only Pray Thrice A Day

Ramadan:Why the shiite do not follow express instructions of hazrat Ali RA?

I am sure that Ali (R) will not recognize them as his followers due to deviation from Islam.
May Allah guide them towards the right path of Islam. Ameen!

Edit:
@@TO:Labayk Ya Hussain: You claim Shia pray 3 times a day according to Quran which means Shia understand Quran better than Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)! Your Hadith reference of exceptional events where prophet himself combined few Prayers, is not an sufficient evidence to change the normal practice of worship. Why Shia always take undue advantage of abnormal situations and depart from the accepted course of Islam. Why you quote Sunni Scholars who have already recognized the Sabai Fitna in Islam and named you as “Rafidah”.
It is not a sincere answer but a Sabai controversial debate! Because Confusion is your priority which you had adopted since the death of your Holy Imam Abdullah b. Saba duly recognized by Allah in his revelation (Quran) as Munafiq.
Why Ali-r was praying five times with Rasol and his devout Companions?
Why none of your so called Imams could change five Prayers to Three Prayers?
Who advised you to deviate from the advise and practice of Rasol??

Why do Shias pray 3 times a day?

Regardless of whether you call yourself a Shia or Sunni, it is obligatory upon you to pray the 5 daily prayers. I believe you are allowed to combine prayers in the times where you know you will miss them, for example, travelling long distances where you are unable to stop for salah.

And Allah (swt) knows best :)
Salam.

Can Sunni Muslims pray in a Shia shrine?

Assalam o alaikumFirst of all No one pray in a shrine.Every one pray in a mosque. A shrine and a mosque are two different thing.Second thing can a sunni pray in a shia mosque?Ofcourse any muslim can pray in shia mosque. A mosque is a mosque. Its the house of Allah. Whether its a shia or a sunni mosque. It doesn't matter.Third thing, Can a sunni pray behind a shia imam?Yes if following conditions are satisfied regarding the imams belief.The shia imam must not.Believe that their imams are superior to even one prophetBelieve that a person after Muhammad (s.w.a) received revelation from Allah like a Prophet.Believing tahreef of Qur'an. (Claiming Qur'an is tempered with)Cursing the sahabah (This item is somewhat complicated and too big to explain here)Other strange beliefs (Ali is God, Angel Jibraeel made a mistake, Allah lies etc.) (Very uncommon)if the following condition is satisfied then one can pray behind a shia imam.There is one fatwa for this.Fataawa (Ruling) of Shaykh Ibn Baaz (vol. 2, p. 396) “It is not permissible to pray behind any of the mushrikeen, including those who seek the help of anyone other than Allaah and seek support from him, because seeking help through anyone other then Allaah, such as the dead, idols, the jinn, etc. is shirk, the association of others with Allaah, glorified be He.” And he said: one should not pray behind any imaam who is known to exaggerate concerning the Ahl al-Bayt (members of the Prophet’s household). If no such thing is known about him or any other Muslim, then it is OK to pray behind them.If every thing is good then there is no problem praying behind a shia imam.Jazaak allah hu khair.

Why do some Shias pray three times a day?

Couldn’t we ask Sunnis the same? Why do you separately pray all five prayers?But, of course, since we’re in the minority, we are questioned. This should be expected, I guess.However, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed both ways, thrice a day and five times a day, to show Muslims that both ways are permissible.Additionally, (keep in mind, I’m not trying to start some war here, folks) isn’t praying thrice a day more convenient? Pairing up the prayers saves so much more time, and is much easier for the average person who goes to school and/or works, and has a busy everyday schedule.But, let me make one thing clear - Islam tells us to be Muslims. Not Shias or Sunnis, or any other sect out there. Neither Sunnis nor Shias are right, because we do not obey Allah's order of not separating into different sects.Why do we argue over how many times a day we pray, even though we all pray five prayers, when there are much more pressing matters, such as why these sects even exist?Paraphrased from Maulana Kumail Mehdavi’s response to this question.—-✌️

How do Shia Muslims pray?

Wa Alaikum Assalam.

The Shia acknowledge FIVE daily PRAYERS. However, they are allowed to pray
them in THREE distinct TIMES, not five;
The five prayers are: Fajr (Morning), Zuhr (Noon), `Asr (Afternoon), Maghrib (Sunset), and Isha
(Night).

The Fajr (morning) is prayed at the same time as the Sunnis do;

We are allowed to pray noon and afternoon prayer one after another (without
a lot of delay between the two). Similarly we are allowed to pray sunset
prayer (Maghrib) and night prayer (Isha) one after another. Actually it is better to pray in
their own specific time (close to what Sunnis do), but it is not necessary.
Thus instead of five separate times, we can pray all the five daily prayers
only in three separate times.

(NOTE: The prayers in ALL cases are DISTINCT (separate), it's NOT that the Shia pray eight Raka't (for Zuhr and `Asr) straight, or seven Raka't (for Maghrib and Isha) straight, as part of ONE prayer. It is the SAME regular form of prayer, but combined into one TIME, NOT one PRAYER.)

Why don't Sunnis and Shias pray at the same mosques?

They DO…During Hajj there is no problem all 5 schools of thought praying together in both mosquesBoth have different interpretations of time for prayers. This is most evident during Ramadan prayers when the TwelverShia break FAST each day one minute extended. They also place prayer mats on slight angles. There are a few more slight variations that hold no significant differences.This is only my opinion only . The TwelverShia also hold more social gatherings at the mosque, more celebrations of Islamic events and food is intertwined with the event they are marking. In my experience majority of Sunnis pray and leave the mosque in a hastily fashion.Its not stupidity they dont pray together as such its more cultural.
