Ramadan What Was The Last Time You Ate Smthg

I have to travel out of town for the last week of Ramadan for an educational seminar? Should I fast?

Bismillahi Walhamdullillah Wasalaathu Wasalaamu Ala Rasoollillah,

Sorry if any of my words hurt you!

These days I don't know why so many people asking do I fast when I travel? There are numerous hadith that Sahaba kept fast while travelling! the thing is no to fast on travel means if you are seriously tired and you can't bear it any more! why can't we apply simple logic into it, and first of all why Allah Ta'ala has to impose on you any thing by saying compulsory? why can't we do it voluntarily and with love of Allah & His Prophet Peace and Blessing be upon Him, these days we are so much comfort exact to say is in luxury we move in A.C. we don't sweat than where you are feeling the Fast?

Why can't we fast is the big question? at Sehri time you ate at your home and go to airport take flight by the time of your local place flight not yet landed break the fast in flight, if flight landed before iftar break as per the destination time very simple, after reaching there start as per that place time, can we aask our selves can't we do this if we have "MakhafathAllah"(Fear of Allah) in our hearts?

Hazarath Ali once said to Sahaba, Rasul Hikmati MakhafathAllah, it means Head of all the wisdom is Fear of Allah.

And Allah knows best.

When was the last time you ate a banana?

Bananas are recognized for being filled with vitamins particularly potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B 6, and fiber. As the fruit ripens, the awareness of these nutrients does now not alternate, a professor of nutrition and psychology at Cornell college. The only factor that does trade is that the starch will become sugar particularly fructose and glucose. So the longer you wait, the sweeter the banana goes to taste. That doesn't imply that ingesting a greener banana is healthier, because your digestive system is sooner or later going to show the starch into sugar besides. So the calorie remember doesn't exchange.

When was the last time you ate?

About 3 hours ago I was out shopping with mum again.I went into the nearby Subway counter in the shopping centres food court and ordered myself a footlong Italian Herbs and Cheese with chicken and bacon on it.There was a variety of salad options layered into it and was lathered with Ranch sauce. Just a little salt and pepper was sprinkled over my masterpiece.I also got a new mango frozen drink from the McDonalds counter to top of a beautiful meal.Life is good.

Ramadan:: What type of foods to eat?

Haha, yeah I can see why that won't last you long. A simple sandwich isn't very filling. Or pop tarts lol. Those are just regular things you would eat at breakfast, how long does that last you? And at 4:30 in the morning? What you should do is drink a lot of water the night before and at Suhoor time. Also, drinking milk is really good too because it quenches you thirst and gives you energy. For food, try bread with something like EGGS in it, not peanut butter and jelly. Eggs have protein, energy. Dates are always good. Fruits. Meat. Nothing like breakfast food, aka carby food. Drink lots of water and your ready to go! Good luck and Ramadan Mubarak!

Who fasting in ramadan?? a question for mulism and non muslim?

i have a question for non muslim , read about ramadan and mulism and you may hust find out something spacial,

Muslims please help, I have two questions about fasting ramadan (siyam)?

1 )when fasting ramadan, is the last meal (iftar), taken before Fajr or before Sunrise?

There's a difference on the calendar there's something called fajr (means we entered the time to make the morning prayer), and there's another time called sunrise (which is the last time to make the prayer) .. so when exactly is the last time to eat and drink before starting to fast??

And my second question is

2) I get very tired and irritated during ramadan.. I feel depressed and low.. I usually skip classes and try not to go out. I even quit my job once because I couldn't do it anymore with the fasting.. I live in America so Ramadan is very hard here. What kind of food do you suggest to avoid the hunger, tiredness and dizziness of the long days of ramadan ? Thank you.

Muslims please help, I have two questions about fasting ramadan (siyam)?

you eat before sunrise.

you should try eating like a good home-cooked meal during iftar. im still a teenager so my mom makes my food but seriously something like rice and chicken/another type of meat is really fulfilling.. its way better than pizza or other fast food stuff.

you should try not concentrating on the fact that your hungry. it actually helps me to go to school, weekends torture me. im talking and busy at school so i dont think about my hunger. also maybe try reading quran or praying 5x (did you know that if your not praying 5x during your fast, it doesnt count at all?)

fasting isnt about like keeping to yourself and waiting out your hunger. its suppose to discipline you. when i was a kid i used to think we only fasted to see what it was like for the poor people. thats how i kept myself from eating. i kept telling myself this must suck for people who really dont have any food. and just be grateful that at sunset you actually get a pretty nice big meal.
