Ramadan: why is modesty so important in islam?
It was always important...Islam just reinforced it with an emphatic manner. Islam came not for just one nation or group....it came as the peak of divine guidance...For The Entire World. The importance of modesty and purdah is clear if we take the time to look around at the world we live in. the answers lie vividly within our perspectives. no Islamic emphasis is vain. Modesty is an important trait. a valuable and rare trait....that accompanies those whose hearts are not obsessed or consumed by the material/physical world...but people pursuing recognition and reward beyond this life.
Ramadan: if the Imams were so important in having the right message of Islam why didn't the quran tell us this?
It did, which i posted in a previous answer to you recently. I will just add on to it, one man asked Imam Jaffer As-Saddiq why the Imams are not mentioned by name in the Quran and he replied that Allah commanded prayer but did not specify how to perform it (even though it is mentioned numerous times). He mentioned zakaat and khums but did not specify it, but the Prophet did. The same applies for the Imams. [4:59] O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Rasul) and those in authority (Ulil-Amr) from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day; this is better and very good in the end. And as all mathematical miracles of the Quran with same repetitions, the word "Imam" is mentioned 12 times throughout the Holy Book.

Praise be to Allaah that the most the Shaytaan can do is whisper, for when the jinn-devil is defeated, it whispers (waswasa) and when the human devil is defeated he lies. Ramadan: Should I be part of Shia Islam?
I know a shaykh, on who shia leaders have put a bounty/reward for about a million dollars for his head. I even met the shaykh, he was really polite and spoke the truth. And I was shocked as why would people want the head of a shaykh like him. Is this not inhuman? Finally the true group is ahlus sunnah wal jamaa
Why is islam so important and such a hot topic for non muslims...?
Ignorance. The Western Media has caused the west to believe in their point of view, and only giving one side of the story blinds the people viewing: that is almost everybody. It has made its "victims" extremely ignorant, and I am truly proud of those who see through its schemes. The Media has forced its viewers to believe that Islam is a violent, bloody, intolerant religion, but in reality this is actually the opposite. If people would stop accepting their television sets as their teachers, more people would know the actual truth about Islam. The Media reports misleading stories, gross exaggerations, inaccurate information, and false statements about Islam and Muslims to undermine the religion, and unfortunately, this propaganda is a success--many, MANY Americans believe everything they hear on the news or read in the newspaper. What they fail to realize is that what they read/hear is only one point of view of a bias Media that has been criticizing Muslims with false information vigorously since 9/11. Terrorism is CONDEMNED in Islam; it is not allowed, period. Neither is innocent murder, suicide of any kind, forced marriages or forced conversions. These are all misleading fabrications composed by the Media. You can't always believe what you hear. Terrorists are not true Muslims; they use Islam as a mask to cover up their dirty work, and give Islam a bad name. Most of them are only Muslim by name, yet are still accused of acting upon Islamic teachings, when in actuality, they are not. It is not fair for the majority of Muslims, who oppose terrorism and denounce violence that is occurring. Unfortunately, the Media will never let this be known, making it look like Muslims support these radical actions, when in reality they absolutely do not. Please refer to the following video. What do Islam says about "humiliating other"?
And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Your Lord is one Lord, and you all share the same father. There is no preference for Arabs over non-Arabs, nor for non-Arabs over Arabs. Neither is their preference for white people over black people, nor for black people over white people. Preference is only through righteousness.” Then he said: “Have I conveyed the message?” and the people declared that he had. Allah the Almighty said: Pride is My cloak and greatness is My garment, so whoever competes with Me regarding these two will be thrown into the Hellfire. ..... dont be sad or humiliated , act like if she is crazy and be the good person , just never mind the most important thing is your Interests . never let any one stand against them , this is really important in life
