Why isn't patent trolling made illegal?
A patent is considered a property right, and they can be bought and sold like any other. This is, in part, how patents wind up being asserted by companies that do not use the patent rights to support their business (i.e. non-practicing entities or "patent trolls"). A common situation is that a legitimate company obtains a patent that is relevant to its business, and later goes bankrupt. Assets are sold during the bankruptcy proceeding, and an investor acquires the patents. On the other hand, some institutions (including universities) exist for the purpose of research and not commercialization. In my opinion, the problems associated with "patent trolls" are less a result of patents being asserted by non-practicing entities, and more a result of overly broad and overly aggressive patent assertion. This is sometimes compounded by the fact the non-practicing entities that exist solely for patent enforcement cannot be held accountable for bad faith litigation tactics because they have no assets other than the patents and are judgment proof. An attempt to make "patent trolling" illegal would be problematic for a number of reasons. Most of all, I cannot accept the proposition that good faith patent assertion by a non-practicing entity is improper, as this characterization could be applied to many universities and companies that are involved in vital cutting edge research (think GE or 3M). So how do you distinguish "patent trolling" from patent assertion by non-practicing entities? The better approach, I believe, is to target the specific problematic behaviors. In some cases, there are existing adequate tools for doing this. In other cases, there are improvements that can be made.
Why do I love trolling people?
I’ve often thought about what motivates trolling. I have several possible interpretations and there are probably motives, or combinations of motives, that I am also unaware of.There are different forms of trolling too. Some trolling appears to have the single motive of eliciting emotional responses. Some appears to be an intelligence contest of sorts. I’ve seen enough different kinds of trolling to know that there isn’t one reason trolls like to troll. Why does Jim Sawber, “IQ 200. Went to Haverd Univercity. Has million’s of dollars. Got Duck’s of Haverd Univercity! And am a nice person which i think counts the most” love to troll?Jim writes a lot about not getting views or up votes. Writes a lot about Quora shortcomings, other writers shortcomings, writes about other peoples behaviors being embarrassing, and is still playing the I don’t care -nothing really maters card.I suspect youth is the general answer to this question. I could get more specific but I am feeling nice this morning.
Why do you think people troll furries so persistently?
The reason is simply because it's "Easy to do" and people who don't feel secure about who they are, have a sense of comfort attacking other's interests. Sadly it's true. I'm not personally into Furries, but I respect one as I would anyone else. This is because I am a nice guy and I respect people.. yeah, isn't that a weird one? Don't be offended if you're attacked, pity the one who attacks because they don't like themselves for some reason, while you're enjoying life- or what ever furries do in their spare time. ;)

Kohli supported them. Lets blame Kohli.Argentina didnt play well, got elminated. Kohli supported them. Lets blame Kohli.Portugal didnt play well. Kohli is Ronaldo fan. Lets blame Kohli. And I see many posts that are anti Kohli everyday. People put time and efforts in these posts. Guys, you laugh on his failures and he’ll somewhere be laughing at your lives. Sorry, but thats the reality.P.S.: The guy who posted that, himself supported Germany for the first time. Now who’s to be blamed boi?
Can Yahoo Answers identify and distinguish between trolls and good users?
No. The people who handles Y/A are not that smart. I can say that because I've noticed that Y/A sometimes deletes questions which was quite interesting, funny & also informative. When you ask for an explanation, they don't reply that's probably because they don't have any justified explanation. So, if they can't distinguish between good questions & bad questions, do you think they're smart enough to identify trolls? I don't think so. So, Y/A does have some bad points.
