Recipe for crock pot/slow cooker?
Does anyone have a great recipe for the crock pot? I tired making a roast and it was dried out. It was on the low setting and the butcher said I got the right cut of meat. Not sure what happened. Thanks!

these two involve little or no cooking, since you're probably busy. try a seven-layer dip with chips. -vegetarian refried beans (most have lard, so be sure to get vegetarian!) -sour cream -guacamole -salsa -olives -cheese -onions or peppers just layer them in a shallow dish-great for a buffet. or a simple pasta salad! -slightly undercooked spiral pasta (because it will absorb more moisture over time, and soggy is bad!) -frozen peas -sliced olives -chopped green peppers -grated cheese -thinly sliced mushrooms -zesty italian dressing -just mix these to taste in a large bowl. stir it up before serving, and keep it chilled. congrats on your graduation!

Microwave option: Baked potatoes! They are filling your friends will enjoy piling on toppings that they like. Cook the potatoes in the microwave (there should be a button on the microwave that says "Potatoes"). Cook 2 or 3 at a time. Provide grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, sour cream and vegetarian chili. Traditional option: Spaghetti, garlic bread and green salad. Mexican Food option: Quesadillas! Pile cheese onto a tortilla, top with another tortilla and microwave until cheese melts. Repeat until you have enough for everyone. Heat up some veggie re-fried beans and cook some seven minute Mexican rice (check the label to make sure it doesn't contain chicken flavor). Enjoy!
