Breakfast:4 Egg whites, jelly with 2 pieces of white bread, fruit
Snack: tuna fish sandwhich ( use wheat bread)
Lunch: Chicken breast, potato, veggies,fruit
Snack: tuna fish sandwhich ( these will get boring after a while but it helps)
Dinner: Steak, brown rice, veggies, fruit
