Recommend Books For Adults Who Love Disney And Similar Films

Is it weird to like Disney movies as an adult man?

I would suggest not worrying about what other people think. It leads to a happier life in which you are your authentic self. However to answer your question, this isn’t strange or uncommon in any way. I can’t really think of an adult in my life of either gender that doesn’t at least mildly enjoy Disney movies and products. A great number of us are very fond of the brand. I enjoy their products, as well as studying their business practices and performance.Anyone that would judge anyone of any age for enjoying something they love, be it Disney movies, comic books, or trains (it’s ok Dad), is themselves insecure and thus misguided. Anyone that can’t admit they like something for fear of being judged is also insecure. In past roles, I have had the privilege of working alongside several studio and television side employees. All of these peers have been intelligent and confident. They truly enjoy the products they help create. Their pride shows at the box office.Moanna was one of the best damn movies I have ever seen. Go see it.

Why don't children like the disney classics anymore?

I'm 19 and female and when I was little and even now I ADORED the old disney films like Snow White (the original from VHS) Cinderella, 101 Dalmations, Beauty and the beast, The Jungle Book, Lion King etc (you know all that older range that weren't of such high quality images as now or their sequels)

My nephew is 4 and he flat out REFUSES to watch any of the older disney films he says they are boring and rubbish. My friends sister whom is almost 6 is just the same she says they are terrible and they would much rather watch aliens in the attic, ben 10 or animated films like cars and just the newer style of blobby animation or humans and animation.

Why don't they (I know this doesn't apply to all) but I got curious and started asking around and people are saying their kids hate the older disney films. They are such beautiful stories I would watch the tapes over and over again and never get bored but the newer ones now are terrible, boring, poor story lines and just have no disney magic.

Why don't kids like these any more? all my friends can't understand this either. Help? I'd like to write an article on this.

What are some movies or books that are like Romeo and Juliet, but in modern time?

What are some movies or books that people recreated to be kinda like the whole Romeo and Juliet theme, that is interesting to watch today.

Kinda like how they recreated the Disney movie Cinderella to A Cinderella Story with Hilary Duff

I know Twilight would be one, but does anyone know any others, or any other books/ movies that have a good love theme like the nootbook or a walk to remember

What would be a good Walt Disney movie for my 3 year old?

There are lots of classics.
She needs to learn that there are scary things out in the real world step by step and i think disney helps us with morals as well.
If she's young she would probably like :
Alice in Wonderland.
Snow White.
Bambi.
The Lion King. ( my absolute favourite!)
Cinderella ( isn't scary at all so that might be a good bet )
Alladin.
Poccahuntas.
Beauty and The beast
The little mermaid.
Sleeping beauty.
The Fox and The Hound.
Jungle Book.
Lilo and Stitch
Robin Hood.
Mary Poppins isn't animated but it's definitley a disney movie so she might like that.
Peter Pan
Mulan
Monsters Inc
Toy Story
Lady and The Tramp
Pinochio
Dumbo The Elephant
Aristocats
Tarzan
Princess and The Frog
BedKnobs and Broomsticks. ( my mom's favourite ) xD
Bugs Life - ( my nan's favourite )
Brother Bear

How to suggest film ideas to Disney?

I have a idea I'd like to suggest to Disney about a possible future film idea and was wondering if there was any way I could contact them and put forward this idea? it's pretty simple and I wouldn't be looking for film credit rights or anything I just think it would be such a good idea!
