Recommend Me Healthy And/or Tasty Teas From Your Experience Other Than Green Tea

Is Peppermint tea as healthy as Green Tea?

Both are healthy choices. Here is info on peppermint:
"Though there have been no human clinical trials on the health benefits or risks of peppermint tea.
If you like peppermint tea, that's a good choice. Don't force yourself to drink green tea if you don't like it. There are lots of good herbal teas if try a bunch, you'll find a few you like.

[1], some believe peppermint tea has healing effects, as a result of the menthol that it contains. It is said to ease such problems as irritable bowel syndrome, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headaches and baby colic; for this last, breastfeeding mothers are sometimes recommended to drink the tea themselves, in the belief that its benefits will be passed on to the baby in the breastmilk. Its minty flavour can take the edge off bad breath. It is also said to control mild asthma, manage stress and ward off the common cold. In some countries, peppermint tea preparations list these proposed effects on their labels."

However, peppermint has muscle relaxant properties and therefore may relax the lower esophageal sphincter, allowing the contents of the stomach to move upwards into the esophagus. For this reason, patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are advised to avoid peppermint, at least in theory. On the other hand, precisely because it calms and relaxes the muscles along the intestinal tract, thus reducing spasms, peppermint may have beneficial effects in treating digestive symptoms like diarrhea and colic.[citation needed] Peppermint also seems to be effective in reducing intestinal gas[2]. In otherwise healthy individuals, one or two mugs of very concentrated peppermint tea (3-4 bags per mug), possibly followed by some regular-strength tea, is a great way to promptly stop diarrhea, flatulence and heartburn[citation needed].

Peppermint contains B vitamins, calcium and potassium.

Is there anything I can do to make green tea taste better?

I heard that green tea helps promote weight loss. I don't know if this is really true or not. I also don't like tea at all, any kind of tea is kind of gross to me. It tastes like watered down crap. I do, however, like that drink named the Arnold Palmer. It's half iced tea and half lemonade. I think that is pretty good and I enjoy drinking it, though I don't know how good it is FOR me.

Everytime I drink Arizona Green Tea I get a headache. Does this happen to anyone or can someone tell me why?

Yes, it does the same thing to me and I think it is the sweetener that they use in it, because there are other drinks that I have tried that also give me headaches. And they use the same sweeteners. I guess even though it tastes good, that we just can't drink it.

Does green tea have potassium?

Yes, green tea has potassium, about 75mg per cup, according to some sources. That's not all that much more than is in other teas, and way less than, say, tomato juice, which has 556mg per cup.

But, as you say, there's another issue here. Green tea can act as a diuretic (it makes you urinate), and potassium is lost through excessive urination (as well as through sweat).

I like green tea, too - but it's not something you want to rely on for your potassium intake. Enjoy it, but make sure you get your potassium from other sources, especially if you drink several cups a day!
