Red Itchy Bumps On My Legs

What are the red bumps on my legs?

To me, it sound like thigh chaffing from your legs rubbing into each other. It happens to people that run a lot and have friction between their legs. Mainly happens with people that don’t have a gap between their legs or larger thighs in general. This happens a lot with people that are short. This happened to me, and I would suggest trying Anti-monkey butt baby powder formula. I use it every time I’m going on a long run, and now I don’t have a problem at all. They have a lady version for sensitive skin, the original version for men, and even a baby formula for diaper rashes. And they all work. I used it on my newborn and so does my wife when she runs with me. A couple that runs together stays together! :) Try this product at Anti Monkey Butt. If this doesn’t help, then I suggest you to go see a doctor. Good luck with your rash.

What are these red itchy bumps on my body!?

I have these red itchy bumps on my arms, front of my legs, the sides of my back and on my butt. They started appearing the week after easter. I am being told that they are bed bug bites or spider bites. But the strange thing is i am the only one in the household that has them. They are penny size red bumps and they itch mainly more at night time. I have checked my bed for bed bugs and don't see any signs of them being on my bed. But if they were bed bugs wouldn't they be biting my husband as well while in bed. I was told that they come out at night and to take a flash light and check my bed thoroughly, i did this and did not see anything. So i am puzzled at what they could be. The bumps are localized to my right forearm, elbows, and sides of my back by my armpits, Please help me figure out what these are on me.

Red itchy bump on my leg?

Probably just an insect bite. Clean the bump with anti-septic. If it gets worse or is still as bad in a few days then see a doctor.
Try not to scratch it as you will damage the skin and it could become infected. Rub it with an ice cube or buy some insect bite cream if the itching gets too bad.

Small, red, itchy bumps on legs?

I've had this for a while, and lately it seems to have gotten a bit worse then normal. My lower legs and parts of my knees, have these little, red, itchy bumps on them. I've been trying not to scratch, but sometimes you have too. I've scratched my legs a lot (not good, I know) and the odd time, I've drawn a bit of blood. What can I try to help get rid of this? My mom hasn't changed brands of laundry detergent since I've had allergic reactions to other ones. I have tried a new body lotion, but this started before that, cause I just started using it yesterday. I've tried to not think about then being itchy, I've tried calamine lotion, but nothing seems to help. Thanks!

What are these little itchy red bumps all over me?

It might be allergic eczema. If you want to get rid of them, you have to first understand that it means that your body came into contact with something that could make you sick, your immune system promotes chemical changes to help your body ward off disease. You’re exposed to thousands of substances each day, and most don’t cause your immune system to react. In some cases, however, you may come into contact with certain substances that trigger an immune system response, even if they aren’t typically harmful to the body. These substances are known as allergens. When your body reacts to them, it causes an allergic reaction. An allergic reaction can take a number of forms. Some people experience difficulty breathing, coughing, burning eyes, and a runny nose when they’re having an allergic reaction. Other allergic reactions cause changes in the skin.Allergic eczema is an itchy skin rash that develops when you come into contact with an allergen. The condition often occurs hours after you’ve been exposed to the substance that triggered the allergic reaction.Allergic eczema is also known as:allergic dermatitiscontact dermatitisallergic contact dermatitiscontact eczemaYou would need to keep your skin clean regularly. After that, you can use steroid creams like fucicort cream(betamethasone) or fucidin, to get rid of the red bumps. It is best that you consult a family doctor to give you a suitable cleanser and cream for your legs. Hope this helps. :)

I've had red itchy bumps all over my legs for about a couple weeks now and i don't know what it could be?

I went to Aruba for two weeks and about half way through my vacation I developed red itchy bumps on my arms and legs. I thought it might be the detergent the sheets were washed with in the hotel but it continued about a week after i got home. I also thought it could be heat rash so I wore pants for 4 days and stayed inside as much as possible and they are still there. They disappear sometimes but when they itch and i scratch them they are very visible and very very itchy. Please help, i will see a doctor when i get back from visiting my dad, just looking for an answer/temporary relief.

Red itchy bumps on elbow / back of leg & hands?

Hello
I have had these red bumps appear on my elbow, back of my legs and the top of my hand near my knuckles. It usually starts with a bump on my elbow which increases to more bumps until my elbow it covered. They are itchy to start than they burn and it hurts to even lean on my elbow. It than moves to the back of my leg, only a couple right above my ankle which are only itchy, than it goes to the top of my hand where it has the same effect that it does on my elbow. I have had it for about 4 months now, it comes up once a month, stays for about a week and than disappears. I have been to the doctor and the dermatologists (granted they were free clinc doctors as finding one in QC is impossible) but they have no idea, she says that it is not an allergic reaction nor is it diabeties. Can someone please help? I use calamine lotion to ease with the itching but that is all that I can do, I dont want it to return.

Thank you,
