Red Spots On My Bicep Skin After Swimming

What does it mean when my arm swells after shooting meth? It's red and warm when injecting meth and hurts?

It means that you’ve missed your shot. Now it’s trapped under your skin and it will remain a slightly less painful lump. Now you have to just leave it alone but keep a close eye on it so that it doesn’t become absessed. Don’t shoot up in that same spot either. It can become REALLY infected then. You should be alright for now as long as you don’t keep spiking that same spot. If it becomes absessed, you can go the hardcore route and take another unused, clean hypadermic/ syringe and stick in there and pull on the plunger to suck out the zit like puss that could build up in there. Don’t go driving another loaded rig in there. It could double your problem. Most likely it will settle back to normal after a about a week. If it don’t, the redness and swelling get worse you’ll have to get it “lanced”. Either by doing it yourself with a clean, CLEAN rig or….go to the hospital to have them do it. If you go to the hospital, don’t lie,or make some shit up like it’s an allergic reaction to a spider bite or some shit like that. That is what will piss them right the fuck off. It’s better to tell them the truth. They might give you shit about it, but they will fix it for you. Whatever you do, DON’T panic and call an ambulance, because then the cops might get involved. Just have someone drive your ass there, or better yet drive yourself there. The less people that know about it, the better. Later on down the road you can brag about your “war wound”.

Why does my arm sting/go numb after shooting meth?

If you're getting a blood return and you're a 100% sure you're in the vein it could be some kind of cutting agent they're using to cut it with. I've had some burn for about the first 3″ to 4″ of the shot then just stop burning. I just assumed it was probably acetone though. The numbness doesn't make sense if you're actually in the vein though. I'm no medical expert either, but it does sound like nerve damage. I would just watch for any red lines that appear around the injection site, you could develop an abscess or even worse a blood infection. I've been able to treat abscesses at home, however, blood infections are nothing to take lightly they can be fatal very quickly. The red line is an indicator that infection is setting up and if travels to the heart it can be deadly. I have some pictures of ones I caught in early stages and treated them myself. It's not a pleasant experience. I would try a different place until the current one heals up. That's the beginning to end phase of a typical abcess that was caused by “Black Tar Herion” which is more common with H. Ice tends to crystalize then slowly dissolve. I had a place where I missed with a shot of ice that if I pressed on it I could hear a rapid heartbeat inside my head. A warm towel laid across the injection site will sometimes make it heal quicker.

What are the treatments for painful bumps on your armpit?

What are the treatments for painful bumps in your armpits? If the bumps are small and on the surface of the skin (like pimples)usually the treatment is to stop irritating the skin of the armpits: stop shaving, or using anti-perspirants. They are the most common culprits. If you use deodorant only (for adults, Arm and Hammer has the only deodorant WITHOUT antiperspirant in it), and you still get these bumps after stopping shaving or using antiperspirants, then you need to stop the deodorant use as well. You can also wash your armpits with Hibiclens:It almost always comes in a blue bottle and has the same anti-bacterial ingredient that is used in surgery. This will decrease the amount of bacteria in your armpits and decrease the chance of having those bumps (DO NOT USE THIS SOAP ON YOUR FACE!!)Sometimes, there are many, many bumps and they can get large: this may be a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa:This condition is something that needs medical attention and should not be treated at home.If you have large bumps UNDER the skin like this:You need immediate medical attention, as this could be an indication of cancer of some kind. It could also be a reactive lymph node (an inflammatory reaction to an infection) but even in that case, if it is painful, that lymph node could be infected and you may need antibiotics.

How long does the pain last after you get a tattoo?

Depending on the size of the tattoo and the filling/shading done inside the tattoo determines the pain. In case of a simple lined/text tattoo, the pain is temporary and using something like Emla ointment can numb that pain too.For bigger and more intricate tattoos with lots of Color shading in it requires multiple passes of needles and ink and seriously damages the skin. Such tattoos are like open wounds and need care for at least 1–2 weeks before these can be exposed to sun, Sea water or even swimming as it can cause infection/pain/tingling sensations around the tattoos.I got a simple one which was generally painless and required no attention and later got a big one done with lots of shades and multi colors in it. The process was insanely longer and while pain during the tattoo was much less, it got worse afterwards. The skin peeled off and the pain in the muscle lasted for almost 3 weeks. The tattoo artist suggested some ointments and pain killer as well in case the pain gets worse. I opted not to take painkillers but using the antibiotic skin ointment was needed to help heel the wound. Touching or scratching the tattoo was painful for a longer time and after couple of months it was all good and healed up and felt like any other part of the skin with no pain or irritation.

Husky, Golden Retriever, or both?

Golden retrievers are wonderful family dogs. Huskies are a hard breed to deal with - they tend to run away (why so many are in shelters), they have a high prey drive and are usually best in situations without children or small animals. They also shed year round!

Since your yard it sounds is spectacular - any dog can be a digger.

Whatever you choose, you're going to need to train. If you're willing to put in the obedience training, than I would say the Golden Retriever probably better meets your lifestyle needs.

To answer your specific questions:
1. GR's are usually great with strangers. Huskies can be a handful with strangers. With proper socialization though, from a young age, either should work fine with a sitter or in a kennel.

2. Huskies have a high prey drive, can be diggers for escaping - BUT - either breed can be destructive without proper obedience training.

3. It's definitely possible they would eat the fish - but again - obedience training to keep them away from the pond should work to discourage this behavior. GR's can be pretty driven swimmers, so you may find the dog taking a swim, if nothing else. Again - obedience training.

4. Dogs have to be enriched which helps keep them from destroying things - in addition to the - yes, I'm saying it again - obedience training to discourage the behavior.

It also sounds like an older dog may better fit your needs rather than getting a puppy. This does not mean getting a senior dog as many shelters have 1 or 2 year old pure breed dogs that still will bond with your children and have plenty of time growing up with them. A lot of reputable breeders will also have older dogs. I suggest this because you are very worried about destructive behavior. Puppies are destructive until they have learned not to be.

I hope this is helpful.
