Can I Install A Bore Kit Legaly To My Moped?

if your licence is a moped 50cc provisional, then it is illegal for you to bore it out to 80cc, for example.

If you have turned 17 and your 50cc moped isn't quick enough anymore, bore it out to 80cc would be legal, as you can ride up to 125cc.

Any boring or changes should be notified to the DVLA via the V5 green document, and also to your insurance.

I think you'll find insurance wont cover you for 80cc at age 16.

Can i register my kikker 5150 kit bike even though it has no vin. even though it is street legal..?

It isnt street legal if it does not have a VIN. You need to get one.

Does a rabbit need to be regestered on thier pedagree?

A pedigree is only a record of a rabbits lineage.
Rabbits are not registered the same as a dog is. Dogs are registered with a kennel club by the breeder and usually before they go to a new home, so around 8-12 weeks old. Registration is based on the lineage and if the parents are registered with that kennel club. With rabbits, they are registered based on the individual and how well they conform to the breed standard. They can't be registered until they are at least 6 months old. They do require a complete pedigree and they must be purebred (all rabbits the same breed).

The value of a rabbit, at least for breeding and showing, is not just about the pedigree. The individual rabbit is more important. A rabbit could have a great pedigree, but might not meet the breed standard. Being purebred doens't guarantee anything either.
