If I position my room fan to blow out of my window into the hot outside air, will I be able to cool off my room by blowing my own hot air back outside?
I whole-heartedly agree with Ted Krapkat’s answer, only to add the following. If the outdoors air has cooled, but your house remains hot inside, positioning your fan to extract the hot air (“blow it out”) is the most efficient use of the fan, but only if you open a window somewhere on the other side of the house to allow the cooler air to replace what has been exhausted.It does no good to blow the air out and not open an distant window … if you open no window except the one you’re using to blow the air out, it will just curl around the fan, and come back in.If you open a window near to the window your are blowing the fan out of, the air will form a little donut-shaped loop, circulating the same air around and around, to no avail.If possible, blow the air out of the high part of the room and open the window on the other side of the house as low in the wall as possible (or even better, use a door - the heavier cool air will come at the bottom naturally.Welcome to the technology of the 1950’s!
AdwCleaner Do I want to delete everything it found?
I know a few of the things I want to get rid of but some I don't know what they are and I can't even find a decent clue searching the internet for them. I don't want to delete registry keys that I shouldn't and mess everything up. Would there be important things in there or are they all ok to remove?

PUP stans for Potentially Unwanted Programs like RegClean Pro, etc Actually there's no need to remove theses programs cuz they don't harm your PC.. Leave them untouched or simply add the results to ignore list.. BTW you can get rid of them by simple uninstalling those programs
