There are no public lockers anywhere in Toronto and there pretty much haven’t been any since there was a terrorism scare in 1985.There is a convenience store nearby that has recognized the opportunity that results from the US Consolate’s policy and will hold items behind the store counter for a small fee, I think it’s usually $5. The store is at the corner of Dundas and Simcoe street (North of the Consulate).If you are willing to walk another block or two the AGO, they wont let you check just your phone but if you zipper it into a jacket pocket or put it in a larger backpack or similar bag they will check that for $1. I’m 99% certain that the coat check area is outside the paid admission part of the museum.
