Can I return an opened item at best Buy?

In most cases, yes. Some product categories are non-refundable, such as gift cards, prepaid cards (e.g. iTunes), and opened media/software (unless it’s defective; we can exchange it for the same title). Other items are subject to a restocking fee if they’re opened and not defective (e.g. cell phones, projectors). The majority of products, however, can be returned open without a fee. Customers are informed of any restocking that applies to a purchase and have to sign an acknowledgment during the transaction. The standard return policy is 15 days (14 for activated devices as it’s been mentioned in other answers).

Can i return opened headphones to best buy?

Yes you can take headphones back to best buy even if they are opened! I just returned some actually because they were super uncomfy! Just bring your receipt and the box and tell them you were unhappy with the product and the should let you exchange it for another pair!

♥ I hope this helps!!♥

Can I return the fake Beats By Dre to Apple?

I bought Beats By Dre for $98 (fake) on DHgate.com. Of course, nothing is better than the legit Beats so will Apple find out if I buy the new beats from the Apple store and then return the box with the fake Beats in there. So I would keep the real ones and get my money back. The ones I got look exactly identical and has the recycling logo and everything. Will Apple find out and what will the consequences be?

Should I return my Beats by Dr. Dre Studio headphones?

I got my Beats By Dr. Dre Studio headphones back in November from Best Buy and there haven't been any problems until a week ago. A week ago I started noticing that after using them after a certain time, I would have to take them off because they put so much pressure on my head that I would get a headache. I thought probably this was a one time thing so I kept on using them only they still give me a headache. So I was thinking about returning them and maybe getting the PowerBeats. But does Best Buy even let me return them for that problem even though I bought the insurance? Help please.

Can I return the Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones that I got for free with my MacBook purchase for a gift card at Walmart, Best Buy, Apple, or Target?

Was your original purchase made at a specific retailer? If you then that would be your first stop. However, at least at Walmart, we wouldn’t likely take an item you received as a bonus for purchased something else. You see items that tend to be given as a “gift with purchase” usually have a UPC code that will not match with that same type of item would if being sold for retail. So when they go to scan the UPC, it will come back as “item not found”. And if they don’t find the item in their inventory, they do not take it back as a return.Large corporate retailers aren’t stupid and have seen pretty much every scam along the lines as you’ve described.

How reliable are open box products from Best Buy?

In theory Open box items should be functionally identical to new in box items. the Geek Squad Certified Open Box program (GSCOB) has a 42 point check list that a product has to meet in order to be certified as Geek Squad Certified. If an Open box is missing an accessory it should say so on the pricing tag on the box.HOWEVER … I have personally seen multiple cases where managers violated the system and had Geek Squad associates sign off on something being Geek Squad Certified when it shouldn’t have been because being GSCOB means they only take 5% off the floor prices rather than 10%+.Bottom line: open box or not, the items are still covered by manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months after purchase. Assuming the individual store is following policy, they should be noting any missing components or damage to the system on the pricing tag on the box. I would suggest buying the item in question and opening it in the store before you leave. If the contents of the box, or the condition of the item does not agree with the pricing tag, speak with a manager. If the manager gives you a hard time, get the manager’s name, take your receipt, and the open box item home, file a customer survey (instructions are on the receipt) noting the problem. Reference the manager you speak with by name. Then call 1–888-BestBuy and file a complaint. Believe me, double filing like this (complaint at 888-bb and CSI survey) the issue will be addressed and very quickly.

I want to buy Powerbeats by Dr. Dre at iOffer.com?

don't buy the cheapest ones because those ones have faulty wiring and the Chinese sellers are just looking to dump them on someone. You can get a good pair for $70-100. pretty good quality for the price. makes sure the seller has a lot of + feedback so you don't get burnt.

return policy? these sellers are mostly from China. Even if they have a return policy, most of them know the way things work and know that if you do return it, there won't be a tracking number and pretend the package got lost during shipping, therefore, any paypal claims will be immediately lost and you will lose the item & money. If you decide to get tracking, the shipping/tracking cost will end up costing around the same price you paid for the item.

ioffer is a good place to find deals. just make sure the seller is established and has tons of + feedback before buying anything on there. ioffer is a haven for scammers as well, so feedback is very important when buying.
