26 weeks, Natural birth VS. Medicated Birth?
I'm 26, almost 27 weeks pregnant with my first child, Its a little girl, and I couldn't be more excited ! I'm starting to come up with my birth plan, I want to do a natural birth, but I have some questions. - Is natural birth better for mom and baby then a medicated birth? - What is your experience with either a natural birth or a medicated birth? - Is there any risks with natural birth compared to medicated birth, or vise versa? - What is the recovery period for natural birth? - What is the recovery period for medicated birth? - Is there anything you think I should know about either choice? - Which would you suggest? - Also, when should I pack my hospital bag, and what do I actually pack? thanks guys.
27 weeks pregnant, and totally farted in public!?
OMG I had like, 40 thousand slurpees through my pregnancy haha. When I was pregnant.. I definitely PEED my pants!!! In front of my sister, my niece, and my sister's best friend's boyfriend. OMG. It was terrible. I was laughing so hard I was like omg I'm peeing right now! My niece was like.. what the f... She's 6 lol. BuT now, I'm not pregnant anymore!!! I wanted to tell you, because for some reason Yahoo won't let me post a question with all the details.. But I was induced the 7th at 6 am... was in labor for 28 hours! He was born the 8th at 10:03 am and was 8 pounds 5 ounces. It was a long long long long labor and I'm feeling it now. His shoulders got stuck, so I got a really big cut, lots of stitches, my epidural had a hot spot where I could feel everything in one spot.. it was really bad!!!!!! And I'm still in a lot of pain!!! Oh, and even more embarrassing than peeing myself, I went out with my mother in law a few days ago to run some errands and realized my boob had leaked all over and I had a HUGE wet spot over my nipple and no way to cover it up!!!!
41 weeks and urge to pee?
I am scheduled to be induced tonight and this morning have had really weird things going on. I am 10 days late. I feel like I have to pee every second but nothing comes out. It doesnt burn. Is it a bladder infection? Should i just wait till i get to the hospital tonight and tell the nurse. It is so annoying. Also, I have diarrea. Any ideas?
How many miles can a truck driver legally drive in a 24-hour period?
In a 24 hour period? Technically (in the United States) we can drive for a total of 12.5 hours.It works out like this: From the moment I go on duty I can drive for a maximum of 11 hours, legally. After these hours are spent I must shut down for a minimum of 10 hours before I can go on duty again.But, before I can roll at the beginning of my shift I must do a pre-trip inspection, which typically takes about half an hour. And I must stop for a 30 minute break in the middle of my driving shift.Let’s also assume I don’t have any loading or unloading to do, and that I don’t have to fuel during my driving shift.So, if I were to go on duty at 12:00midnight the total time from the first moment I go on duty to the moment I shut down should total up to about 12 hours, followed by 10 hours of mandatory rest. At 10pm I can go on duty again. But don’t forget, I must perform another pre-trip inspection. So at 10:30pm I can start rolling again, allowing me to squeeze in another 1.5 hours of driving time into this 24 hour period.Total driving time: 12.5 hours

How long does it take to be able to run about 3 miles? I’m starting cross country, and I can’t even run 1 mile yet, so how long will it take me to be able to run 3?
For me, it took me about 8 weeks to be able to run 3 miles. There is a couch to 5K training program for beginners, that I followed. I only trained for half an hour, three times a week. However, if you are in cross country in school, I’m sure you must be training more often. I started running to lose baby weight, not for time or a trophy. However, my very first 5K after the training program, I came in third for my age group! (Ok it was 3rd out of 6 women 35–45).I’ve been running for about 9 years now and I’ve completed several 5K races. I’m not a fast runner and I know I’ll never win, but I always try to run a little bit faster than my last race.Keep training and you’ll be running 3 miles I’m no time!
Why do Ensure bottles say that you should not drink more than 2 bottles per day? What would happen if I drink more than 2 bottles?
Most likely you will gain weight. Ensure is supposed to be a nutrient supplement but there are many people that "drink" Ensure for sustenance, eg. people with feeding tubes or other health problems that severely restrict their diet. I was in a car accident several years ago which broke my jaw in three places. It was wired shut for 6 weeks so I couldn't eat solid food. Plain broth gets tiresome. I lost about 15 pounds, but drinking Ensure leveled my weight, in fact I gained a couple pounds back (I would drink three sometimes four a day for about 4 weeks).Edit: The bottles aren't very big, it's a thick liquid that tastes decent but honestly doesn't stop you from getting hungry or craving food variety. In my experience, it kept the worse hunger pangs at bay but I still wanted FOOD.

Anywhere between $25 and $40 for a full set, and about half that to get a "fill" every two or three weeks. They last about 3 months, if you don't beat them up too badly. They should not be left on more than that, because you can get fungus growth underneath them and that can ruin your real nails. You need to have them removed and let your real nails breath for a week before getting them put on again. make sure you go to a nail salon that will give you your own set of tools--and not use someone else's on your nails.
