No they can't walk on the surface, as there would be no way to supply a force to their feet that would be transferred to their whole body. However, if there were any air around, they could attempt to give themselves a little velocity by 'swimming' through the air. Once they attained a little velocity, they'd keep traveling across the surface until air resistance stopped them, which might take a while. So doing this you could, hypothetically, escape some strange James Bond scenario where you were stuck on a frictionless surface :)

Why do many people don't like Indians?--10pts best ans!?
Many times when you go to a social networking site or a chat site like 'Omegle', some people just hurl abuses and talk rubbish about Indians. Some just disconnect straight away from the chat if we type that we are from India. WHY? I agree there are lots of people who are not like that and take interest in socializing with people of different cultures, and are overall pretty friendly. But why do those "some" people have to behave in that manner? Any reason why they hate people from India? We don't! In fact people over here, mostly those who live in villages in modest houses, get excited if a foreigner comes and invite them to a meal or offer some sweets or hand-made souvenirs.They feel greatly pleased and honoured. They don't even ask for money! i know that as they often do that EVEN for people who come from Urban India to visit villages. Indians don't dislike people of any origin. Yes, they may hate some Governments or something, but they feel no grudge against the people. So Why are Indians targeted that way?? And its mainly the Americans, British and Australians. Europeans are mostly pretty friendly as you may find on using 'Omegle'. They hate all Asians or is it just Indians? Please tell me why and how is this possible in a world where these days thanks to technological advances boundaries mean nothing at all. Can't people be a good Global citizen and treat everyone fairly???
