Rls And Leg Vibrations

Legs Shaking during meditation?

Today I meditated for a good while, but when it started getting very deep my legs started shaking under me vibrating my whole body making it impossible to concentrate. This happened to me the last time I was able to meditate for over 30 minutes, I just started shaking uncontrollably at the legs until eventually it disrupted my meditation.

This time was extremely powerful, I don't want to talk too much about it because it felt so sacred but for the 1st time in years tears went down my face as I felt I was part of something BIG.
I would like to go deeper and deeper and my thoughts don't stop me and distract me as much as before where i couldnt sit
for 5 minutes without getting up and feeling stupid. Now I feel
if only I knew how to control this shaking I could really get into deep meditation.

Why do i get vibrations in my muscles?

I don't know about sound, but sometimes muscles do things like that, especially after exercise. I wouldn't think it would be a major concern, but it would probably be a good idea to ask your doctor about it. I don't know of any conditions where that happens, but I've had my muscles do similar things under certain conditions.

Asking your doctor is always a good idea. You might have some sort of condition, like a restless leg syndrome kind of thing.

Does anyone have any suggestions for alieviating Restless Legs Syndrome?

I finally figured out to ask my husband to massage my feet before bed. It does wonders for my RLS.

Hi, I'm a 15 years old, and just wondering why my legs, feet and sometimes hands feel like they are vibrating?

I had it a while back too (3 months ago roughly) sometimes i noticed i was worse after using my muscles but then sometimes i would just randomly happen. My legs often feel like their is something vibrating inside them, its quite annoying and sometimes worrying. I also get random muscle twitches? Is there a reason for these? I get them for about 10 seconds and they can happen anywhere in my body? Im quite worried about these sometimes!
Anyone help?
