What is the best pop\rock band?
On an impossible to answer question such as this one, I go with the Beatles because of what they achieved in the studio. They got the benefit of going first, so it's not really a fair fight, but if you consider the fact that almost all modern pop music is heavily dependent on studio recording techniques (Tomorrow Never Knows, for instance) that they (and George Martin) pioneered there is really no more influential group, even if you don't like their music. It really comes down to The Beatles vs. The Rolling Stones. If you like the sound of clean, innovative production, it's The Beatles. If you like the sound of messy, glorious rock and roll, it's The Rolling Stones. Neither is wrong.

How often do the biggest rock stars/bands practice?
all the time. they play constantly. they rent facilities to practice their stage shows, they practice scales on the bus. Have you ever gone to a show, heard someone shout out a request of a really old or obscure song? Most of the time, a band won't play it, cuz they've forgotten the words, or whatever. That's because they have to practice to keep up those skills. In some ways it's like riding a bike. You could tell Eddie Van Halen to stop playing music today, put a guitar in his hands 10 years from now and ask him to play, and he'd still blow you out of the water, but he won't be as good as he is now, playing literally every single day.
Bands like incubus?
it's hard to say. in my opinion, i have always thought incubus had a pretty unique sound to them idk. if i had to give you some bands that are kind of similar i would have to say....red hot chili peppers? 311? i guess other alternative bands with some ska to it??? oh well i tried...incubus rocks!

Were they genuine or rude?I’ve answered this elsewhere.Technically I’ve met likely close to a dozen, thanks to being a massive nightclub-goer as a kid who’d gotten in very friendly with a couple nightclub’s security details, so I could often get into any Meet&Greet setups back then (We’re talking early 1990’s if not earlier. Then there was being at a nightclub with a Latin night that was recorded for a TV show (Pachanga Latina), that often had musical guests.In those settings I’ve met:EULisette Melendez, Cici Penniston, Tito Puente Jr. I missed Selena by about 2 weeks (and I regret it often), and honestly many more. I lived down the street from Livingston Taylor (One of James Taylor’s brothers, and also a musician).One of the one that stands out was Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. Met him at a Barnes & Noble back in Quincy/Randolph area.Just last month, I met Flava Flav from Public Enemy. I was headed to Vegas for my birthday. He was on the flight, and even took over for the stewardesses to hand out the pretzels!I’ve been lucky that all of these people I’ve met have been very genuine and humble.
