What's a good and fun low file size mmo or mmorpg game to play?

You can try Jade Dynasty. I believe it is roughly 2 GB in size but you need 5 GB free to run it. It's low grinding (most of the leveling is done by questing same with earning gold). Good storyline behind it as well based on the most popular internet novel in china (a bit of romance and fighting and the supernatural in all the right doses and the occasional joke). The graphics can be changed in game if your computer can handle the max graphics it's a VERY beautiful game but if you have to use minimum it's a little dull and unimpressive. It's free to play cash shop cash shop items are not necessary to play well and when you reach endgame you'll be able to afford buying cash shop items with ingame gold fairly easy.
