Roommate/good Friend Using My Stuff

Roommate taking my stuff? What to do?

I've recently found 2 things missing. I have a giant bottle of lotion that my dad bought me for college. I've had it ever since August and I use it after I take showers. I ALWAYS keep it in my shower caddy. I never take it out. When I went to take a shower, I found it missing. The only person in the room was her so I ask, has she seen it/take it. She says no. Today is the day we leave for spring break, and she's already left. I'm packing my stuff and I find my protein leave-conditioner gone. It was a huge bottle, and it's also supplied me for months and a just in case thing. I'm getting fed up and I don't know how to address this problem because when I ask if she took it she says no. It's happened before with my spray-on deodorant I used. What do I do?

How do I get my roommate to stop using my stuff?

I live in four-bedroom apartment and share a bathroom with one of my roommates (he is male, I am female). I've started noticing that when my roommate runs out of something (e.g. face wash) he ends up using mine. The first time this happened, I didn't really have a problem with it because I was under the impression that he was going to the store soon. However it's been months since he first started "borrowing" my things, and I believe he has started using more of my toiletries since then (my body wash, face towels, etc). This is really starting to annoy me (especially the use of my towels) because I paid for these things.

How do I politely tell him that this is not okay? Also, is it strange that I don't like other people using the towels I dry my face with?

Roommate is Stealing my Friend?

We've been at college for a week and, we have suite style living, and I have become somewhat good friends with one of our suite mates. However, my roommate has been desperate to "meet people" since he arrived on campus. So I was cordial and, invited him along with me and, my new pal this week.

However, he has recently begun trying to exclude me. Like yesterday, he and my pal went to dinner and, I thought I would join them but, before I could react he said to me "We're going to dinner... I'll see you later." My friend seemed uneasy about this but, what can I do... my roommate is stealing my friend.......

Can I sue my roommate for her friends breaking my things?

She threw a party.
Her friends broke my stuff.
She still hasn't reimbursed me.

I don't know which friend broke it specifically.
None of them will say who
She had a party and my stuff got broken.

My roommate's dog chewed up all my stuff?

I would just ask him when a good time to talk with him would be. When you have a time set up be serious with him and tell him you let the sunglasses go but his dog chewed up your ipod and other stuff. Let him know you want it replaced and ask him what a reasonable time frame would be for replacement. It might be awkward at first but if you don't you will end up resenting your roommate that is not good either.
