Can i have a thigh gap and a big butt?

thigh gap is a myth created in photoshop. it usually involves cutting away the vulva of the model. (how ironic, we rail at the tribal societies that mutilate their women with female circumcision & here we have graphic artists doing the same thing to images of women)

the picture your first poster above posted has been photoshopped (they've cut away part of her butt to create a thigh gap in addition to other manipulations to create a bigger butt.)

healthy women at their proper weight (whatever weight that may be for them) do not have thigh gap.

I've been alive for a good long while & I've seen plenty of women in the locker room at the gym in various stages of undress & I have never met a real live woman who wasn't anorexic who had thigh gap.

Is it possible to have a thigh gap and a big butt?

It's possible depending on your hips. If you've got wide hips to go with that butt, then you can probs get one.
The reason not everyone can get one is because of the way they're built, how close their legs are together, not only because of how much fat/muscle there is.
I have wide hips so when I eat healthy and exercise I have an awesome thigh gap, but when I'm lazy, usually around the holidays, winter fat and all, I lose it.

What do you think about thigh gaps?

Personally no, i don't like it. My sister has a gap between her legs at least, what, two inches(at the top)?, and her legs look pretty strange. But it is in her genes (dads side, i have my mums curves) so she can't help it. So I don't, and people who know her don't (or i hope) don''t mind. But people who try and get that? Jeez, it's just strange. They don't look like womens legs, they looks like very skinny preteen boys legs. But hey, everyone's different, it doesn't really matter.

(And i'm not a 'jealous fat person'' or anything, i'm slender but i do have meat on my bones ehe)

How to get a thigh gap, flatter stomach, & bigger butt? lol?

There is nothing you can change about your diet in order to achieve this goal you have your mind set on. The best thing to do is to tone and work out the areas of your body you want to change. The thighs and butt are normally worked out at the same time, but unfortunately, you can EITHER have a thigh gap OR a bubble butt, you cannot have both! Your thighs turn into your butt, and you cannot have super thin legs and a Nicki Minaj booty, it just doesn't work that way! I have noticed that guys lean more towards the girls with "thick" legs and big butts, it is healthier looking and way more attractive than looking like skelator with a thigh gap!

Just tone areas, like your abdominal area, do crunches, bicycle crunches, planks, etc. Look up some ab exercises on google, they're all very helpful!

For your thighs and butt, the best thing to do is the wall sits you are already doing and squats. I remember (I was a competitive cheerleader for 10 years) having to get on one side of a line of tape, then jump back and forth from the left to the right, my coach called it ski jumps. This exercise REALLY works the legs and I had the biggest *** for a white girl I had ever seen! It was all muscle too, and strong legs are very attractive and healthy looking! Good luck!

Does a big butt look bad?

If you are really insecure about your butt then work it out to tone it up..Thankfully I got into cross country and did alot of activities where I had to use my butt and leg muscles and although I have a big butt for my size its pretty toned, it used to be really toned but not so much after having a baby. But even when my butt was toned my boyfriend (now fiance), I wouldnt really say complained, but yes he prefered small butts. still does, some guys are big butt guys and others are small butt guys. just like some like huge boobs and others like small boobs. It doesnt matter if they like your butt, it matters more if you like it and from the sound of it you dont much care for it. If it really bothers you work out and fix the problem

How to lose weight but not in boobs or butt.?

Okay so a lot of people think working out will make you lose you lose your boobs but that's not the case and actually if you do push ups and other chest exercises it will actually build muscle and make them bigger and they won't just be fat it's the same with your butt. Your goal weight is just at the line of being underweight but it's okay, it gives you room in case you gain a pound or two. The key to losing weight is to exercise your whole body (jump roping is really good for this and so is swimming) and to burn more calories than you take in. I recommend using an free app called MyFitnessPal that helps you keep track of how many calories you've eaten and burned. Most importantly remember that since you're still young you actually need a little bit fat here and there to help you body develop curves as you grow and if you lose them they can be a bit difficult to get back properly.

I'm going to tell you a secret. Part of that is just genetics. I know you don't want to heart that, but seriously. If you don't have the genes then the muscular look is as good as it gets. You can crash diet and see if you have the genes, it will cause you to accumulate more fat in your butt if the genes are right, when you eat normally again. But you will then have to exercise and get healthy again so your tummy gets flat. The reason the butt stays big is because the fat cells react differently to exercise (if you have these genes) than all the other fat cells. In another fashion universe, we used to call that "stubborn fat" and used to try to eradicate it with various methods like HIT. But you still need the actual genes to have that round fatty shape happen. Or you can accept the muscular look.

Working out will mostly increase the butt and thighs - due to building muscle and not making a dent in the fat.Butt and thigs are the easiest to lose. I lost mine by accident. I lost 70+lb - in fact I lost 90+ and gained back 20.Anyway Butt and thighs are due to estrogen. Lower that and the weight just fall off there. Now you wont lose any weight regardless of estrogen if your insulin is high. That has to be lowered first. So you could eat a keto diet avoiding all the high estrogen foods like soy and whey and a bunch of other unknown foods that may contribute to estrogen secretion … or you could do what I did by accident.I did a keto diet, and when I stalled for 4+ months, cluelessly I started Intermittent fasting, and when that was working well, I started longer and longer fasts. What happened was the insulin was low, and estrogen was low and my butt and thighs disappeared. OK why was that a problem ??? I had a belly. So now with a set of chicken legs I still have ~25% of my 238lb body’s belly and the legs of a 140lb guy. Some time while I did all that fasting I should have worked on lowering cortisol. Well, there is no time like the present right ? except a christmas present. LOL.
